Abstract
【解決手段】シールパッキン1のクランク室側の端部Kのスクレーパ切欠15内に気密なスクレーパリング16が配置され、シールパッキンのシリンダ側の端部Zのシールリング切欠17内にシールリング装置18が配置され、前記バリア切欠12が、軸方向でスクレーパ切欠15とシールリング切欠17との間に配置され、前記シールパッキン1内にドレン管路20が設けられ、該ドレン管路が、バリア切欠14とスクレーパ切欠15との間のスペースに接続されている。

Claims (7)
- ピストン圧縮機の往復運動を行うピストンロッド(2)のための気密なシールパッキンであって、前記シールパッキン(1)内に第1及び第2のシールエレメント(11)が設けられており、これらのシールエレメントは、前記シールパッキン(1)のバリア切欠(12)内に配置されていて、該バリア切欠(12)内に開口する、シール媒体のための管路(13)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
前記シールパッキン(1)のクランク室側の端部(K)にスクレーパ切欠(15)が設けられていて、該スクレーパ切欠(15)内に気密なスクレーパリング(16)が配置されており、前記シールパッキン(1)のシリンダ側の端部(Z)にシールリング切欠(17)が設けられていて、該シールリング切欠(17)内にシールリング装置(18)が配置されていて、前記バリア切欠(12)が、軸方向で前記スクレーパ切欠(15)と前記シールリング切欠(17)との間に配置されており、前記シールパッキン(1)内にドレン管路(20)が設けられていて、該ドレン管路(20)が、前記バリア切欠(12)と前記スクレーパ切欠(15)との間のスペースに接続されていることを特徴とする、ピストン圧縮機の往復運動を行うピストンロッドのための気密なシールパッキン。 - 前記バリア切欠(12)内にばねエレメント(27)が配置されていて、該ばねエレメント(27)が、前記第1及び第2のシールエレメント(11)を軸方向で互いに離れる方向に押し付ける、請求項1記載の気密なシールパッキン。
- シールパッキン(1)のシリンダ側の端部(Z)に、前記シールリング切欠(17)とは別のシールリング切欠が設けられていて、該別のシールリング切欠内に、前記シールリング装置(17)とは別のシールリング装置が配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の気密なシールパッキン。
- 前記別のシールリング切欠としての第2のシールリング切欠(24)内に第2のシールリング装置、有利には分割されていないシールリング(25)が配置されている、請求項3記載の気密なシールパッキン。
- さらに別のシールリング切欠としての第3のシールリング切欠(21)内に第3のシールリング装置(22)が配置されている、請求項3又は4記載の気密なシールパッキン。
- 前記第2及び第3のシールリング切欠(21,24)のうちの1つに、前記第1及び第2のシールエレメント(11)とは別のシールエレメント(23)が配置されている、請求項5記載の気密なシールパッキン。
- 前記バリア切欠(12)及び/又は前記スクレーパ切欠(15)及び/又はシールリング切欠(17,21,24)が、箱型ディスク(4,5,7,9,10)内に配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の気密なシールパッキン。
