Abstract
【解決手段】二次電池1は、電解液を注液するための注液口7を有しその注液口7から注液された電解液を電極体2と共に収容する容器3と、その容器3に固着され注液口7を塞ぐ封口蓋9とを備え、容器3は、注液口7の周囲の所定領域に注液口7の外縁に沿って並列に延びる複数の溝8を有しており、封口蓋9は、注液口7を塞ぐように複数の溝8上に設けられ、容器3に固着されている。

1.アルミ缶本体とキャップ体とを接続するキャップシーム溶接
2.電解液を注液する注液口を塞ぐための封止溶接
3.複数のセルを電気的に並列または直列に接続するための部品溶接
Claims (10)
- 電解液を注液するための注液口を有し、前記注液口から注液された前記電解液を電極体と共に収容する容器と、
前記容器に固着され、前記注液口を塞ぐ封口蓋と、
を備え、
前記容器は、前記注液口の周囲の所定領域に前記注液口の外縁に沿って並列に延びる複数の溝を有しており、
前記封口蓋は、前記注液口を塞ぐように前記複数の溝上に設けられ、前記容器に固着されていることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記複数の溝は、一つの溝が螺旋状に形成されて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 前記複数の溝は、前記注液口を中心として内から外に順次形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池。
- 前記封口蓋は、その封口蓋と前記容器とを固着する溶接痕を有しており、
前記溶接痕は、前記複数の溝の最外縁よりも前記注液口側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の二次電池。 - 前記封口蓋は、その外縁の全てが前記複数の溝の最外縁よりも前記注液口側に収まるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3又は4記載の二次電池。
- 前記封口蓋は、その封口蓋と前記容器とを固着する溶接痕を有しており、
前記溶接痕は、連続する一本の線状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4又は5記載の二次電池。 - 電解液が注液された容器の注液口周囲の所定領域に、レーザ照射により前記注液口の外縁に沿って並列に延びる複数の溝を形成し、
形成した前記複数の溝上に、前記注液口を塞ぐように封口蓋を載置し、
載置した前記封口蓋をレーザ溶接により前記容器に固着する
ことを特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記所定領域にレーザ光を前記注液口の外縁に沿わして螺旋状に照射し、前記複数の溝を形成することを特徴とする請求項7記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記注液口を中心として内から外に前記複数の溝を順次形成することを特徴とする請求項7又は8記載の二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記レーザ溶接に連続波レーザ光照射を用いることを特徴とする請求項7、8又は9記載の二次電池の製造方法。
