Description
75/10/15/0.05の重量比のRADEL(登録商標)R−5000NT(Solvay)、EXTEM(登録商標)XH−1005(Sabic)、Special Black4カーボンブラック(Evonik Industries)およびBYK333を、N−メチル−2−ピロリドンに溶解し、摩砕機中でブレンドした。混合後、溶液をステンレススチールの基材上にコーティングし、乾燥させ、硬化させた。
85/5/0.005の重量比のRADEL(登録商標)R−5000NT(Solvay)、Special Black4カーボンブラック(Evotik Industries)およびBYK333を、N−メチル−2−ピロリドンに溶解し、摩砕機中でブレンドした。混合後、溶液を10−milのBirdバーを用いてステンレススチールの基材上にコーティングし、乾燥し、硬化した。
実施例1および比較例1のITBは、当該技術分野において既知の材料および方法を用いて種々の特性について試験した。結果を上記表に示す。
Claims (9)
- ポリフェニルスルホンおよびポリエーテルイミドを含む可撓性中間転写部材。
- 電気的特性を調節する材料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の可撓性中間転写部材。
- 前記ポリフェニルスルホンが、約50重量%〜約85重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の可撓性中間転写部材。
- 前記電気的特性を調節する材料がカーボンブラックを含む、請求項2に記載の可撓性中間転写部材。
- 前記材料が、約15重量%〜約25重量%の量で存在する、請求項2に記載の可撓性中間転写部材。
- ポリシロキサン界面活性剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の可撓性中間転写部材。
- 前記界面活性剤が、約0.01重量%〜約0.1重量%の量で存在する、請求項6に記載の可撓性中間転写部材。
- 前記ポリエーテルイミドが約5重量%〜約30重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の可撓性中間転写部材。
- 請求項1に記載の中間転写部材を含む画像形成デバイス。
