When a case installed outdoors has a sealed structure for the purpose of waterproofing, if such heat is generated in the case, the characteristics of these circuit elements may change or malfunction may occur.

It is a sealing structure for waterproofing that is closed with a possible lid, and the heat sink side is the mounting side with the opening being the front side and the chamber in which the reactor is housed is the upper side, and constitutes the inverter unit As described above, an intelligent power module (IPM) in which a plurality of switching elements are electrically connected in a bridge shape is disposed in a chamber in which the other circuit elements are accommodated, and a heat dissipation surface of the intelligent power module (IPM) The heat sink is attached to the heat sink exposed inside the heat conductive member.
According to a tenth aspect, in the ninth aspect, the housing is provided with a heat dissipation promotion fan on a back side surface of the heat sink, and the heat dissipation promotion fan is disposed at a position corresponding to the intelligent power module (IPM). Features.
According to the present invention, the reactor provided in the filter portion is sealed for waterproofing as an outdoor-installed power conditioner by dissipating heat to the heat sink via the flexible heat conductive sheet and the electrical insulating sheet that are in contact with the reactor. When housed in a structured housing, it is possible to obtain effective heat dissipation that is transferred to the heat sink through the heat conductive sheet, and the characteristics of the electric circuit element generated by the inside of the housing becoming high temperature due to the heat generated from the reactor Thus, there is no risk of change of the device or destruction of the element, and a stable outdoor operation type power conditioner can be obtained. In addition, even when a crack or the like occurs in the heat conductive sheet when the heat conductive sheet is attached to the housing, the electric insulation between the reactor and the heat sink is obtained by the electric insulating sheet, so that a safety configuration is obtained. Furthermore, the flexible heat conductive sheet can absorb vibrations generated from the reactor, and can provide a technique capable of reducing noise transmitted around the sealed casing.
The second invention relates to one form of the present invention, and represents a feature of a sealed structure for waterproofing in which a front opening is closed by a lid that can be opened and closed and a heat sink is arranged on the back side. The reactor included in the filter portion of the power conditioner housed in the casing dissipates heat to the heat sink via the flexible heat conductive sheet and the electrical insulating sheet that are in contact with the reactor. For this reason, as an outdoor-installed power conditioner, when it is housed in a sealed structure for waterproofing, it is possible to obtain effective heat dissipation that is transferred to the heat sink through the heat conductive sheet. There is no risk of changes in the characteristics of the electric circuit elements and destruction of the elements caused by the high temperature inside the casing due to the generated heat, and a stable outdoor operation type power conditioner can be obtained.
According to the third invention, in addition to the effects of the first invention or the second invention, the chamber in which the reactor is accommodated and the chamber in which the other circuit elements are accommodated are both chambers so that the chamber in which the reactor is accommodated is in the upper position. Because it is partitioned by a partition wall that suppresses air convection between them, other circuit elements are prevented from being defective due to heat and electromagnetic noise generated from the reactor, and a stable outdoor installation type power conditioner is obtained. It will be.
In the fourth invention, together with the effects of the first invention or the second invention, heat is also generated from the reactor provided in the boosting unit. Therefore, the reactor provided in the boosting unit has the same heat dissipation configuration as the reactor provided in the filter unit. As a result, as an outdoor installation type power conditioner, when it is housed in a casing having a sealed structure for waterproofing, it is possible to obtain effective heat dissipation that is transferred to the heat sink through the heat conductive sheet. For this reason, in the case of being housed in a casing having a sealed structure, it is possible to obtain effective heat dissipation that is transferred to the heat sink through the heat conductive sheet, and thus the electric power generated by the inside of the casing due to high temperature due to the heat generated from the reactor. There is no fear of a change in the characteristics of the circuit element or destruction of the element, and a stable outdoor operation type power conditioner can be obtained. Furthermore, the heat-dissipating component material for both reactors can be purchased in common, and a cost reduction effect can be obtained.
According to the fifth aspect of the invention, in addition to the effects of the fourth aspect of the invention, the chamber in which the reactor provided in the filter unit and the reactor provided in the boost unit are accommodated is in the upper position, and the chamber in which other circuit elements are accommodated is in the lower position. In addition, since it is partitioned by a partition wall that suppresses air convection between these two chambers, it is possible to prevent other circuit elements from becoming defective due to heat and electromagnetic noise generated from the reactor, and stable operation outdoors. It becomes an installation type power conditioner.
In the sixth invention, together with the effects of the first invention to the third invention, the reactor provided in the filter unit comes into contact with the flexible heat conductive sheet, so that the heat generated from the reactor is excellently transferred to the heat conductive sheet. can get. And even if the flexible heat conductive sheet has the disadvantage that it is easily damaged during the assembling work, the back surface of the insulating sheet covers the heat sink while covering it, so that the heat generated from the reactor is reduced. The heat dissipation passage can be stably maintained.
In the seventh aspect of the invention, in addition to the effects of the fourth or fifth aspect of the invention, the reactor provided in the filter unit and the reactor provided in the boosting unit are in contact with the flexible heat conductive sheet, so that heat conduction of heat generated from the reactor is achieved. Good heat transfer to the sheet is obtained. And even if the flexible heat conductive sheet has the disadvantage that it is easily damaged during the assembly work, the electrical insulating sheet on the back side provides electrical insulation between the reactor and the heat sink while covering it, and By surface contact, the heat radiation passage of heat generated from the reactor can be stably maintained.
In the eighth invention, together with the effect of any one of the sixth to seventh inventions, the reactor abuts on the surface of the heat conduction sheet in a biting state, so that the heat generated from the reactor is favorably transferred to the heat conduction sheet. In addition, the electrical insulating sheet holds the back surface of the heat conductive sheet to prevent breakage during the work of assembling the flexible heat conductive sheet, and performs electrical insulation between the reactor and the heat sink, and faces the heat sink. By contacting, the heat radiation path of the heat generated from the reactor can be stably maintained.
In the ninth aspect of the invention, in addition to the effects of the third or fifth aspect of the invention, the heat sink side is attached to the wall or the like of the house with the opening of the housing as the front side and the chamber in which the reactor is accommodated in the upper position The heat of the intelligent power module (IPM) housed in the lower chamber does not adversely affect the upper reactor, and the heat radiated from the reactor and the heat radiated from the intelligent power module (IPM) Heat is effectively radiated by the heat sink.
According to the tenth aspect of the invention, in addition to the effect of the ninth aspect, a heat dissipation promoting fan is provided on the back side surface of the heatsink to promote the heat dissipation effect of the heatsink portion to which the heat of the intelligent power module (IPM) is transmitted. If this fan for promoting heat dissipation is not provided, the heat dissipation of the heat sink is left to the natural flow of air rising between the heat sink fins of the heat sink, and the heat of the heat sink to which the heat of the IPM (intelligent power module) is transmitted. When the part becomes high temperature, the heat is transmitted through the heat sink and the heat generated from the reactor is conducted, which hinders the temperature drop of the heat sink part and causes a decrease in the heat dissipation effect of the heat generated from the reactor. By providing the facilitating fan, such a situation is suppressed, and the heat dissipation effect of heat generated by the reactor can be improved along with the improvement of the heat dissipation effect of the IPM (intelligent power module).
As a typical configuration of the power conditioner according to the present invention, a boosting unit that boosts the voltage of DC power generated by a solar cell, etc., an inverter unit that converts DC power boosted by the boosting unit into AC power, and In the power conditioner in which the filter unit for shaping the waveform of the AC power converted by the inverter unit is housed in a sealed housing for waterproofing, at least a part of the back side wall is constituted by a heat sink. The reactor provided in the filter unit is configured to thermally conductively attach the outer periphery of the coil of the reactor to a heat sink exposed to the inside of the housing via a flexible heat conductive sheet and an electrical insulating sheet, The embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
The power conditioner PCD according to the present invention has a configuration in which an electric circuit portion CT that includes an electrical component having a high voltage and performs an intended operation is housed in the housing 1. Of the electric circuit portion CT, FIG. 1 shows the configuration of the main circuit MC of the power conditioner PCD according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, an inverter circuit that includes a booster DC / DC that constitutes a booster circuit that boosts a DC voltage of DC power generated by the solar battery PV, and that converts DC power boosted by the booster DC / DC into AC power. The inverter part INV which comprises is provided. The DC power from the solar cell PV, which is a DC power source, is boosted by the booster DC / DC by the chopper operation, and the DC power boosted by the booster DC / DC is converted into AC power by the inverter INV (DC / AC After the conversion), the power is supplied to the commercial power grid GRID as a predetermined low-frequency sine wave AC power corresponding to the frequency of the commercial power grid GRID through the filter unit LPF constituting the low-pass filter circuit. .
In FIG. 1, a booster DC / DC includes a reactor L1, a switching element T1, a diode D0, a diode D1, and a capacitor C1, and a DC voltage supplied from the solar cell PV is controlled by a chopper controller H1. As a result, the switching element T1 is turned ON (referred to as ON) and OFF (referred to as OFF) to be boosted to a predetermined voltage.
The inverter unit INV has four switching elements T2 to T5 connected in a single-phase full bridge for switching control, and the four switching elements T2 to T5 are direct current supplied from the boosting unit DC / DC. The electric power is turned ON (referred to as ON) and OFF (referred to as OFF) by the PWM control unit H2 to be converted into AC power having a predetermined frequency corresponding to the frequency of the commercial power grid GRID. For this reason, the inverter part INV can be called a DC / AC conversion part.
The filter unit LPF constitutes a low-pass filter circuit that cuts off high frequencies by the reactor L2, the reactor L3, and the capacitor C3, and the connection point Q between the switching elements T2 and T3 of the inverter unit INV is connected to the reactor L2, and the switching element T4 Is connected to the reactor L3, and the pulse voltage output from the inverter INV is smoothed (high frequency components are removed), and a sine wave AC voltage corresponding to the frequency of the commercial power grid GRID. And output to the commercial power grid GRID via the control relay RY.
In FIG. 1, the booster DC / DC stores energy in the reactor L1 when the switching element T1 is turned on (turned on), and accumulates in the reactor L1 when the switching element T1 is turned off (turned off). The energy is released and the capacitor C1 is charged. In this case, when the switching element T1 controls the ratio of the ON time and the OFF time, the booster DC / DC boosts the voltage of the DC power supplied from the solar cell PV to a predetermined voltage. The diode D1 is for preventing current from flowing backward to the solar cell PV side, and the diode parallel to the switching element T1 is for protecting the switching element T1.
The diode D0 is connected so as to bypass the reactor L1 and the diode D1, and when the generated voltage of the solar cell PV exceeds the terminal voltage of the capacitor C1 (voltage at the position P), the output of the solar cell PV is directly connected to the diode D0. The capacitor C1 is charged via the inverter and supplied to the inverter unit INV. That is, when the power generation amount of the solar cell PV is large and boosting by the boosting unit DC / DC is not required, the output of the solar cell PV is supplied to the inverter unit INV without passing through the reactor L1 and the diode D1, and at least by the reactor L1. The loss of generated power can be prevented and the conversion efficiency in the power conditioner can be increased. On the other hand, since the output of the solar cell PV passes continuously, the calorific value is large. This amount of heat generation is larger than that in which the diode D1 is intermittently energized by the operation of the switching element T1.
In such an operation, the booster DC / DC performs chopper control so as to perform control to operate at the maximum point of the output power of the solar cell PV so that the output becomes the maximum value (PW). Part H1 operates. As one control method for this purpose, the voltage and current output from the booster DC / DC are detected, and the boosting rate of the booster DC / DC is controlled so that the product (output power) is maximized. For example, the chopper controller H1 detects the current IS of the solar battery PV, the voltage VCS of the capacitor CS connected in parallel with the solar battery PV, and the current IL of the reactor L1, thereby switching the switching element T1. The boost ratio (ON duty of the switching element T1) can be controlled so that the power output from the booster DC / DC is maximized.
Further, the inverter unit INV outputs the sine wave superimposed on the commercial power system GRID by the PWM control unit H2 so that the current calculated based on the maximum value (PW) is output to the commercial power system GRID. Controls the peak value of AC voltage.
As shown in FIG. 1, the main controller H of the main circuit MC of the power conditioner PCD includes a chopper controller H1 and a PWM controller H2. The main circuit MC of the power conditioner PCD has a portion surrounded by a dotted line in FIG. 1 wired on one printed wiring board PB1, and each of the switching elements T1 to T5 is usually called an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor). is there. As shown in FIG. 2, the switching elements T <b> 2 to T <b> 5 are modularized in a form accommodated in a single (one) package, and are referred to as IPM (intelligent power module). In addition, in order to produce a merit in manufacturing, the switching element T1 and the diode D1 can also be modularized in a form accommodated in a single (one) package together with the switching elements T2 to T5. For this reason, what is shown in FIG. 2 shows an IPM module in which the switching elements T1 to T5 and the diode D1 are accommodated in a single (one) package.
In this IPM, V1 and V2 correspond to V1 and V2 shown in FIG. 1, and P, Q, and R correspond to P, Q, and R shown in FIG. As a circuit element having a large amount of heat generation, there are switching elements T2 to T5 of the inverter unit INV. As will be described later, the IPM that accommodates the switching elements T2 to T5 has a back side (lower side in FIG. 2) such as aluminum. The mounting surface of the IPM is fixed to the
FIG. 4 is an overall perspective view of a power conditioner PCD according to the present invention housed in a sealed housing for waterproofing. The power conditioner PCD is installed outdoors in the vertical direction, and is attached to the vertical wall of the outer wall of the house, for example, in a substantially vertical state. For this reason, it is set as the form accommodated in the housing | casing 1 of the waterproof structure in order to protect an electric circuit part including raindrops etc. including the main circuit shown in FIG.

The electric circuit portion of the power conditioner PCD housed in the housing 1 is formed on a plurality of printed wiring boards PB1 to PB5 including the wiring of the main circuit MC, and the housing arrangement in the housing 1 has a calorific value. Is divided into a
Although the diode D0 also generates heat, as an element that generates a large amount of heat, there are a reactor L1 provided in the inverter unit INV, a step-up unit DC / DC, and reactors L2 and L3 provided in the filter unit LPF. A technique for dissipating heat generated from the reactors L1, L2, and L3 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 7 to 12, the reactors L2 and L3 are connected to the
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 9, the reactors L <b> 2 and L <b> 3 are coil portions L <b> 2 </ b> C and L <b> 3 </ b> C wound respectively on two opposite sides (upper and lower sides in FIG. 6) of the quadrilateral annular core F <b> 2. As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the outer periphery of each of the coil portions L2C and L3C is covered with an insulating
Thus, the reactors L2 and L3 are effective heat radiating from the outer periphery to the
Further, the reactor L1 is a base portion of the
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 9, the reactor L1 is a single reactor in which two coil portions L1C and L1C wound around two opposite sides (upper and lower sides in FIG. 6) of a quadrilateral annular core F1 are directly connected. L1 is configured. The outer periphery of each of the coil portions L1C and L1C is covered with an insulating tape 26B as necessary in order to protect the insulating coating. Reactor L1 has frame-shaped holding
As described above, the reactor L1 obtains effective heat dissipation from the outer periphery to the
Since the reactors L1, L2, and L3 generate heat, the housing 1 is provided in the filter unit LPF as shown in FIGS. 6 to 9 in order to prevent the generated heat from adversely affecting other circuit elements. The
The reactor L1 is disposed in the
As shown in FIG. 6, FIG. 7, etc., the reactor L1 is wired to the printed wiring board PB1, which is one of the control boards, with a
The printed wiring board PB1 is arranged in parallel with the
Since this IPM is disposed in the
Further, since heat is generated also from the diode D0 connected to the wiring of the printed wiring board PB1, as shown in FIGS. 6, 8, and 14, the diode D0 is formed in the
The housing 1 is provided with a heat
As shown in FIG. 14, the heat
The
In order to attach the inverter PCD in a substantially vertical state along the vertical wall of the outer wall of the house, as shown in FIGS. 7, 9, 13, and 14, the back side of the upper half of the
On the inner surface of the
