Abstract
【解決手段】回転体3、4をハウジング本体2内に回転自在に配設し、回転体の回転数によって流量を計測する容量式流量計1において、回転体を一体に形成した容量式流量計。回転体を組み立てる必要がないため、製造工程を簡略化することができ、組立による誤差が生じることがなく、組立寸法精度を向上させることができる。回転体3、4は、回転軸3a、4aと、回転軸とともに回転する歯車3b、4b及びロータ3c、4cとで構成され、ハウジング本体内に各々の回転体の回転軸が平行になるように2体配設され、各々の回転体のロータが互いに非接触の状態で回転するように各々の回転体の歯車が噛み合うように構成することができる。

Claims (4)
- 回転体をハウジング本体内に回転自在に配設し、前記回転体の回転数によって流量を計測する容量式流量計において、
前記回転体は、一体に形成されることを特徴とする容量式流量計。 - 前記回転体は、回転軸と、該回転軸とともに回転する歯車及びロータとで構成され、前記ハウジング本体内に各々の回転体の回転軸が平行になるように2体配設され、
各々の回転体のロータが互いに非接触の状態で回転するように各々の回転体の歯車が噛み合うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量式流量計。 - 前記歯車は、前記2つのロータの位置合わせを行うための位置合わせ手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容量式流量計。
- 前記回転体は、樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載の容量式流量計。
