Abstract
【解決手段】スポーツスタジアム用の2段式座席蹴上部は、中実のエラストマーコア12によって互いに接合された上部10および下部金属板11によるサンドイッチ構造を備える。エラストマーコア12は、踏板および蹴上板で異なる厚さを有する。下側踏板は、下の蹴上部との位置合わせを容易にするように金属板が開かれているリップ部分45,46を有する。

Description
上部および下部金属板10、11および上記で説明した蹴上部部分の他の金属部分は、好ましくは上述のような構造鋼であるが、軽量性、耐腐食性やその他の特定の特性が不可欠である用途では、これらは、アルミニウム、ステンレス鋼、亜鉛めっき鋼、またはその他の構造合金であってもよい。金属は、好ましくは240MPaの最小降伏強度および少なくとも10%の伸び率を有するべきである。
JP−A−US−345,385は、板の間に樹脂層を有する2枚の金属板を備える振動制御材料を開示している。金属板は、0.3から300ミクロンの範囲の厚さを有する。
Claims (19)
- 上部および下部金属板と、その間でせん断力を伝達するように前記金属板に接合されたプラスチックまたはポリマー材料の中間層とを有するサンドイッチ構造を備える階段状蹴上部。
- 前記蹴上部が座席蹴上部である請求項1に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 少なくとも1つの座席および/または手すり用の、取付け細部品をさらに備える請求項2に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記蹴上部が6から20mの最大長さを有する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記階段状蹴上部が600から1200mm引き続いている請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記上部および下部金属板が、それぞれの平坦な板を折り曲げ加工または圧延形成することによって形成される請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記中間層が、前記階段状蹴上部の蹴上板よりも踏板のほうが厚い請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記階段状蹴上部が、1つまたは複数のほぼ水平方向の踏板と、1つまたは複数のほぼ鉛直方向の蹴上板を備える請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記蹴上板の1つが、前記踏板の上側のものの前縁を前記踏板の下側のものの後縁と接合し、前記第2の蹴上板が、前記上側の踏板の後縁から上向きに突き出し、前記下側の踏板の前縁が下向きに突き出したリップ部分を有する請求項8に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記上部および下部板が、類似の階段状蹴上部の上側蹴上板の上縁を受けるように、前記リップ部分で開いている請求項9に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記上部板が、前記下部板と異なる金属または合金製である請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記上部板が、前記下部板よりも耐腐食性である請求項11に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記上部板が、前記下部板よりも薄い請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記上部板が、亜鉛の比率が濃厚なペイント、エポキシペイントまたは亜鉛めっきなどの耐腐食処理を有する請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記上部板が2から10mmの範囲の厚さを有し、前記下部板が2から10mmの範囲の厚さを有し、前記中間層が10から100mmの範囲の厚さを有する請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記中間層が、プラスチック材料、好ましくは高密度エラストマーで形成される請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記中間層が、型板と、前記型板に占有されていない前記上部および下部金属板の間の空間を占有する前記プラスチックまたはポリマー材料とを備える請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 前記型板がフォームを備え、前記プラスチックまたはポリマー材料がエラストマーである請求項17に記載の階段状蹴上部。
- 請求項1から18のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの階段状蹴上部を有する観客スタンド。
