Claims (2)
- 高温の被検査体に超音波を発振して劣化状態を検査する超音波センサと、
この超音波センサを冷却する自励振動ヒートパイプと
を具備することを特徴とする超音波センサの冷却装置。 - 高温の被検査体に超音波を発振して劣化状態を検査する超音波センサと、
この超音波センサを冷却する自励振動ヒートパイプと、
前記被検査体の熱を駆動源として回転し、前記自励振動ヒートパイプを冷却するパイプ冷却手段と
を具備することを特徴とする超音波センサの冷却装置。
