Abstract
【解決手段】下記(A)〜(C)成分、(A)シス−1,4−結合を60質量%以上含有するポリブタジエンを含む基材ゴム、(B)不飽和カルボン酸及び/又はその金属塩、及び(C)1分間半減期温度が145〜185℃の有機過酸化物(C−1)と1分間半減期温度が110〜135℃の有機過酸化物(C−2)とを含む2種以上の有機過酸化物を含有することを特徴とするゴルフボール用ゴム組成物。

Description
[1]下記(A)〜(C)成分、
(A)シス−1,4−結合を60質量%以上含有するポリブタジエンを含む基材ゴム、
(B)不飽和カルボン酸及び/又はその金属塩、及び
(C)1分間半減期温度が145〜185℃の有機過酸化物(C−1)と1分間半減期温度が110〜135℃の有機過酸化物(C−2)とを含む2種以上の有機過酸化物を含有することを特徴とするゴルフボール用ゴム組成物。
[2]上記ゴルフボール用ゴム組成物の架橋成形物がコアに使用される[1]記載のゴルフボール用ゴム組成物。
[3]上記(C−2)有機過酸化物の配合量が、有機過酸化物の総配合量の50%以上である[1]又は[2]記載のゴルフボール用ゴム組成物。
[4]上記(C)成分の有機過酸化物の総配合量を、上記(A)成分100質量部に対して0.15〜15質量部とする[1]、[2]又は[3]記載のゴルフボール用ゴム組成物。
本発明は、(A)基材ゴム、(B)不飽和カルボン酸及び/又はその金属塩及び(C)有機過酸化物を配合してなるゴム組成物である。ゴム組成物の配合について以下に具体的に説明する。
コアの形成
表1に示す配合のゴム組成物を調製した後、155℃、20分間の条件で加硫成形することにより直径38.7mmのコアを作製した。
ポリブタジエン:商品名「BR730」、JSR社製
酸化亜鉛(亜鉛華):堺化学工業社製
老化防止剤:2,2’−メチレン−ビス(4−メチル−6−t−ブチルフェノール)、商品名「ノクラックNS−6」、大内新興化学工業社製
アクリル酸亜鉛:アクリル酸亜鉛が85質量%とステアリン酸亜鉛が15質量%からなる混合品 日本蒸留工業社製
有機過酸化物(1):ジクミルパーオキサイド、商品名「パークミルD」、日油社製(1分間半減期温度175℃)
有機過酸化物(2):1,1−ジ(t−ブチルペルオキシ)シクロヘキサン、40%濃度 商品名「パーヘキサC−40」、日油社製(1分間半減期温度154℃)
有機過酸化物(3):ジベンゾイルパーオキサイド、商品名「ナイパーBW」、日油社製(1分間半減期温度130℃)
有機過酸化物(4):ジラウロイルパーオキサイド、商品名「パーロイルL」、日油社製(1分間半減期温度116℃)
コアを、23±1℃の温度で、10mm/sの速度で圧縮し、初期荷重98N(10kgf)を負荷した状態から終荷重1,275N(130kgf)に負荷した時までの、コアのたわみ量(mm)を計測した。
(2)コア初速試験(m/s)
コアの初速は、R&Aの承認する装置であるUSGAのドラム回転式の初速計と同方式の初速測定器を用いて測定した。コアは23±1℃の温度で3時間以上温度調節し、室温23±2℃の部屋でテストされた。
Claims (4)
- 下記(A)〜(C)成分、
(A)シス−1,4−結合を60質量%以上含有するポリブタジエンを含む基材ゴム、
(B)不飽和カルボン酸及び/又はその金属塩、及び
(C)1分間半減期温度が145〜185℃の有機過酸化物(C−1)と1分間半減期温度が110〜135℃の有機過酸化物(C−2)とを含む2種以上の有機過酸化物を含有することを特徴とするゴルフボール用ゴム組成物。 - 上記ゴルフボール用ゴム組成物の架橋成形物がコアに使用される請求項1記載のゴルフボール用ゴム組成物。
- 上記(C−2)有機過酸化物の配合量が、有機過酸化物の総配合量の50質量%以上である請求項1又は2記載のゴルフボール用ゴム組成物。
- 上記(C)成分の有機過酸化物の総配合量を、上記(A)成分100質量部に対して0.15〜15質量部とする請求項1、2又は3記載のゴルフボール用ゴム組成物。
