Abstract
【解決手段】 所定の配列方向に沿って並ぶ複数の蓄電素子(10)と、隣り合う2つの蓄電素子の間に配置され、絶縁材料で形成された仕切り部材(40)と、配列方向において複数の蓄電素子を挟んで拘束力を与える一対のエンドプレート(31)と、配列方向に延びて、一対のエンドプレートに固定される金属製の連結部材(32)と、を有する。仕切り部材は、蓄電素子および連結部材の間に位置し、連結部材を保持する保持部(42)を有する。

Claims (11)
- 所定の配列方向に沿って並ぶ複数の蓄電素子と、
隣り合う2つの前記蓄電素子の間に配置され、絶縁材料で形成された仕切り部材と、
前記配列方向において前記複数の蓄電素子を挟んで拘束力を与える一対のエンドプレートと、
前記配列方向に延びて、前記一対のエンドプレートに固定される金属製の連結部材と、を有し、
前記仕切り部材は、前記蓄電素子および前記連結部材の間に位置し、前記連結部材を保持する保持部を有することを特徴とする蓄電装置。 - 前記配列方向で隣り合う2つの前記仕切り部材の前記保持部は、前記連結部材に沿って並んだ状態で互いに接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記保持部は、前記配列方向と直交する面内において、前記連結部材を囲むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記保持部は、前記連結部材の外面に沿った形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記配列方向で隣り合う2つの前記保持部は、互いに係合する係合部を有しており、
前記係合部は、前記配列方向に延びる面を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記保持部は、前記連結部材と対向する内壁面において、前記連結部材を挟む突起部を有することを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電装置の外装を構成するケースを有しており、
前記保持部および前記ケースは、前記蓄電素子の温度調節に用いられる熱交換媒体の移動通路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記仕切り部材は、前記保持部に向かう異物を前記保持部から外れる方向にガイドするガイドリブを有することを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記仕切り部材は、前記ガイドリブから導かれた異物を、前記仕切り部材の外部に排出させるための排出孔を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電素子は、前記蓄電素子の内部で発生したガスを排出させるための弁を有しており、
前記仕切り部材は、前記弁と対向する位置まで突出し、前記弁を覆うカバーを有することを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1つに記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記カバーは、前記弁から離れた領域と、前記弁に近づく方向に延びる先端部とを有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の蓄電装置。
