Abstract
【解決手段】電池1は電池容器2内に収容された発電要素3と外部端子14,15とを電気的に接続する集電体12,13を備える。負極集電体12を蓋体4に固定するリベット22のカシメ頭部22cは蓋体4に係合受部内の空間である係合凹部に収容されている。正極集電体13は正極外部端子15の軸部により蓋体4にカシメ接合されており、軸部の先端のカシメ頭部15cは係合受部内の空間である係合凹部に収容されている。カシメ頭部22c,15cは蓋体4の下面から突出しておらず、発電要素3と蓋体4の隙間空間Sは最小限に設定される。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る非水電解質二次電池1(以下、単に電池という)を示す。この電池1は、アルミニウムやアルミニウム合金等で構成された直方体状の電池容器2内に発電要素3を収容し、電池容器2の上端開口を蓋体4で封止したものである。蓋体4の外部には負極外部端子14と正極外部端子15の上面が露出している。
図7は本発明の第2実施形態に係る電池1を示す。図7では負極側のみを図示しているが正極側の構造も同様である。

Claims (10)
- 電池容器内に収容された発電要素と、
前記電池容器の開口を封止する蓋体の外部に少なくとも一部が配置された外部端子と、
前記発電要素と前記外部端子とを電気的に接続する集電体と、
前記蓋体に対して前記集電体を固定するための接合部材とを備え、
前記蓋体の内面に形成された凹部に前記接合部材の頭部が収容されている、電池。 - 前記凹部は前記蓋体の一部が外側に向かって膨出する膨出部の内側の空間である、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記膨出部は前記蓋体に対する絞り加工で形成されている、請求項2に記載の電池。
- 前記接合部材はリベットである、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記外部端子は前記蓋体の外部に配置された板状体を備え、
前記リベットは、前記板状体に形成された貫通孔に圧入された顎部と、前記顎部から前記凹部内に突出して先端に前記頭部が形成される軸部とを備える、請求項4に記載の電池。 - 前記接合部材は前記外部端子である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電池。
- 前記外部端子は
蓋体の外部に配置された板状体と、
前記板状部から蓋体の内部に突出して先端に前記頭部が形成される軸部と
を備える、請求項6に記載の電池。 - 電池容器内に収容された発電要素と、
前記電池容器の開口を封止する蓋体の外部に少なくとも一部が配置された外部端子と、
前記発電要素と前記外部端子とを電気的に接続する集電体と
を備え、
前記外部端子に電気的に接続される前記集電体の基部の少なくとも一部が、前記蓋体の内面に形成された凹部に収容されている、電池。 - 前記凹部は前記蓋体の一部が外側に向かって膨出する膨出部の内側の空間である、請求項8に記載の電池。
- 前記膨出部は前記蓋体に対する絞り加工で形成されている、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の電池。
