【解決手段】上記の課題を解決するための開閉器ユニットは、可動電極及び固定電極を有する開閉器ユニットであって、該開閉器ユニットは樹脂でモールドされており、該樹脂は放熱用の樹脂フィンを備えており、該放熱用の樹脂フィンはフィンの長手方向に厚みが勾配を有することを特徴とする。

本明細書中では、熱発生源であり、かつ固体絶縁物2に覆われている部位を熱蓄積箇所と呼ぶこととする。母線用ブッシング13やケーブル用ブッシング11の周囲は熱蓄積箇所に該当する。

Claims (8)
- 可動電極及び固定電極を有する開閉器ユニットであって、
該開閉器ユニットは樹脂でモールドされており、
該樹脂は放熱用の樹脂フィンを備えており、該放熱用の樹脂フィンはフィンの長手方向に厚みが勾配を有することを特徴とする開閉器ユニット。 - 請求項1に記載の開閉器ユニットであって、
前記放熱用の樹脂フィンの厚みは、熱蓄積箇所の近くで厚く、発熱量が小さい部位の近くで薄くなることを特徴とする開閉器ユニット。 - 請求項2に記載の開閉器ユニットであって、
前記熱蓄積箇所は、母線または負荷側ケーブルに接続されるブッシング導体の周囲であることを特徴とする開閉器ユニット。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれか一つに記載の開閉器ユニットであって、
前記開閉器ユニットは電流を遮断する遮断器と、接地機能を備える接地開閉器とを備えており、
該遮断器及び該接地開閉器とは前記樹脂フィンを備える前記樹脂によって一体にモールドされていることを特徴とする開閉器ユニット。 - 請求項4に記載の開閉器ユニットであって、
前記接地開閉器は接地機能に加えて断路機能も備える接地断路開閉器であることを特徴とする開閉器ユニット。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一つに記載の開閉器ユニットであって、
前記フィンの厚みは連続的に増加または減少する部位を有することを特徴とする開閉器ユニット。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか一つに記載の開閉器ユニットであって、
前記フィンの厚みは不連続に増加または減少する部位を有することを特徴とする開閉器ユニット。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれか一つに記載の開閉器ユニットと、母線と、負荷側ケーブルと、前記開閉器ユニットを操作する操作器とを備えるスイッチギヤ。
