Claims (20)
- 二次電池のケース内の電極組立体に電気的に接続される集電端子と、
前記集電端子に電気的および機構的に結合される第1固定副材と、
前記第1固定副材に機構的に結合される締結端子と、
前記締結端子に機構的に結合される第2固定副材と、
を含んで形成されることを特徴とする、二次電池の端子。 - 前記第2固定副材は、前記第1固定副材と重なって位置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池の端子。
- 前記集電端子は、第1固定副材にリベット打ちされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池の端子。
- 前記第1固定副材は、前記集電端子の領域を貫通する第1貫通ホールを有し、
前記第2固定副材は、前記集電端子の領域を貫通する第2貫通ホールを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池の端子。 - 前記第1固定副材は、
前記第1貫通ホールを有する第1平坦領域と、
前記第1貫通ホールを中心にして前記第1平坦領域の両側から延長される第1延長領域と、
前記第1延長領域から延長されると共に、互いに対応しながら前記第1貫通ホールを中心に互いに向かう第2延長領域と、
を含み、
前記第1平坦領域、前記第1延長領域、および前記第2延長領域が共に第1チャンネルを定義することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池の端子。 - 前記締結端子は、
前記第1チャンネルに結合される本体と、
前記本体から延長されるボルト部と、
で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の二次電池の端子。 - 前記第2固定副材は、
前記第2貫通ホールを有する第2平坦領域と、
前記第2貫通ホールを中心にして前記第2平坦領域の両側から延長される第3延長領域と、
を含み、
前記第2平坦領域および前記第3延長領域が共に第2チャンネルを定義することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の二次電池の端子。 - 前記本体は、前記第2チャンネルに接続され、
前記本体が前記第1チャンネルおよび前記第2チャンネルに結合されるとき、
前記第1チャンネルおよび前記第2チャンネルによって形成される空間に囲まれて固定されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の二次電池の端子。 - 前記第3延長領域は、
前記本体が前記第1チャンネルと前記第2チャンネルに結合されるとき、
前記第1平坦領域の対応する両側面に近接することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池の端子。 - 前記第1延長領域と前記第3延長領域とは、
前記本体が前記第1チャンネルおよび前記第2チャンネルに結合されるとき、
前記本体の4側面に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の二次電池の端子。 - 前記第2固定副材は、
前記第2貫通ホールを有する第2平坦領域と、
前記第2貫通ホールを中心にして前記第2平坦領域の両側から延長される第3延長領域と、
を含み、
前記第2平坦領域および前記第3延長領域は、共に第2チャンネルを定義することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池の端子。 - 前記締結端子は、
前記第2チャンネルに結合される本体と、
前記本体から延長されるボルト部と、
を含んで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の二次電池の端子。 - 前記ボルト部は、前記第2平坦領域に溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の二次電池の端子。
- 前記締結端子は、第2固定副材に溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池の端子。
- 前記第2固定副材は、前記締結端子を前記第1固定副材に固定させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池の端子。
- 前記集電端子は、前記第1固定副材を介して前記電極組立体からバスバに電流が流れるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池の端子。
- 前記第1固定副材は、前記集電端子および前記第1固定副材の接触領域より大きい前記バスバと、前記第1固定副材の接触領域とを介して、前記電流を前記バスバに流れるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の二次電池の端子。
- 前記締結端子および前記第2固定副材は、同じ材質で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池の端子。
- 前記第1固定副材および前記第2固定副材は、互いに異なる高さで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池の端子。
- 前記第1固定副材の高さは、前記第2固定副材の高さより高いことを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の二次電池の端子。
