Claims (7)
- 複合サイクル発電プラント(2)であって、
圧縮機入口(21)及び圧縮機出口(22)を備える圧縮機セクション(20)と、
前記圧縮機セクション(20)に作動連結されかつタービン入口(29)及びタービン出口(30)を備えるタービンセクション(28)と、
前記タービン出口(30)に流体連結された熱回収蒸気発生器(HRSG)(10)と、
前記圧縮機出口(22)に流体連結されたヘッド端部(37、38)及び前記タービン入口(29)に流体連結された燃焼器吐出口(40、41)を備える燃焼器(34、35)と、
前記圧縮機出口(22)及び前記燃焼器(34、35)のヘッド端部(37、38)の少なくとも一方に流体連結された二酸化炭素収集システム(70、120)であって、前記圧縮機出口(22)及び前記燃焼器(34、35)のヘッド端部(37、38)の少なくとも一方から流れる実質的に無酸素の流体流れから二酸化炭素を含む第1の流体並びに第2の流体を抽出するように構成されかつ配置された二酸化炭素収集システム(70、120)と、
前記圧縮機セクション(20)及び前記タービンセクション(28)と流体連結された二次流れシステム(33)であって、前記圧縮機セクション(20)からの実質的に無酸素の冷却流れを前記タービンセクション(28)に送る二次流れシステム(33)と、
前記HRSG(10)と圧縮機セクション(28)との間に流体連結された排気ガス再循環(EGR)システム(45)と、
前記圧縮機出口(22)及び前記燃焼器(34、35)のヘッド端部(37、38)の少なくとも一方と前記二酸化炭素収集システム(70、120)との間に流体結合された熱交換部材(74)と、
前記圧縮機出口(22)及び前記燃焼器(34、35)のヘッド端部(37、38)の少なくとも一方と前記熱交換部材(74)との間に流体結合された絞り制御弁(90)であって、絞り制御弁(90)と
前記HRSG(10)に流体連結されたタービンバイパス弁(94)であって、前記絞り制御弁(90)が閉鎖されたときに前記EGRシステム(45)の過剰圧力状態を防ぐために開放されるように構成されているタービンバイパス弁(94)と
を備える、複合サイクル発電プラント(2)。 - 前記第2の流体が窒素を含む、請求項1記載の複合サイクル発電プラント(2)。
- 前記二酸化炭素収集システム(70、120)が、膨張部材(137)に流体連結された加圧部材(80、83、84、85)を含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の複合サイクル発電プラント(2)。
- 前記タービンバイパス弁(94)に流体連結されたブローアウト弁(92)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の複合サイクル発電プラント(2)。
- 前記HRSG(10)の排出部分に配置されたブローオフベント(12)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の複合サイクル発電プラント(2)。
- 前記二酸化炭素収集システム(70、120)が、前記燃焼器(34、35)のヘッド端部(37、38)に流体連結される、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の複合サイクル発電プラント(2)。
- 複合サイクル発電プラントの運転方法であって、
流体流れを圧縮機セクションに流して加圧流体流れを生成させるステップと、
圧縮機出口からの加圧流体流れを燃焼器のヘッド端部に案内するステップと、
燃焼器で生成した燃焼ガスをタービンセクションの入口に導くステップと、
排気ガスをタービンセクションの出口から排出して熱回収蒸気発生器(HRSG)に送るステップと、
加圧流体流れの実質的に無酸素部分を圧縮機出口及び燃焼器のヘッド端部の一方から二酸化炭素収集システムに流すステップと、
加圧空気流の実質的に無酸素部分から二酸化炭素を含む第1の流体と第2の流体とを抽出するステップと、
前記圧縮機セクションから実質的に無酸素の冷却流れを直接前記タービンセクション(28)に送るステップと、
排気ガス再循環(EGR)システムを介して前記HRSGから圧縮機セクションに排気ガスを循環させるステップと、
前記加圧流体流れの実質的に無酸素部分を絞り制御弁及び熱交換部材を介して前記二酸化炭素収集システムに送るステップと、
前記絞り制御弁が閉鎖されたときに、前記EGRシステムの過剰圧力状態を防ぐために、前記HRSGに流体連結されたタービンバイパス弁を開放するステップと
を含む方法。
