Abstract
【解決手段】 体内に移植されて使われる生体移植医療装置に関するものであって、ユーザの意図に基づいて外部装備に対する生体移植医療装置の状態情報についての接近制御を容易にする。

Claims (15)
- ユーザの体内で医療活動を行う医療活動部と、
ユーザの動作状態を感知し、該感知された動作状態に基づいてユーザの意図を表わす動作コードを生成させるコード生成部と、
生成された動作コードによって、前記医療活動部の医療活動を制御する制御部と、
を含むことを特徴とする生体移植医療装置。 - 前記医療活動部は、
ユーザの体内に移植されてユーザの生理的/病理的状態情報を収集することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体移植医療装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記動作コードによって、前記生理的/病理的状態情報を外部装備に伝送するか否かを決定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の生体移植医療装置。 - 前記コード生成部は、
ユーザの身体の停止状態、運動状態、瞳孔の運動状態、及び脳波状態のうち少なくとも一つを含む動作状態を感知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体移植医療装置。 - 前記コード生成部は、
ユーザの動作状態の基準を定める第1センサーと、
前記第1センサーで定められた基準からユーザの身体の停止状態、運動状態、及び瞳孔の運動状態のうち少なくとも一つを含む動作状態を感知する第2センサーと、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体移植医療装置。 - 前記第1センサーまたは前記第2センサーは、
ユーザの身体の外部に位置してユーザの身体の動作状態を感知することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の生体移植医療装置。 - 前記コード生成部は、
ユーザの指に装着または移植されてユーザの動作状態を感知するセンサーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体移植医療装置。 - 前記生体移植医療装置と通信する外部装備が、ユーザの生理的/病理的状態情報を獲得する権限があるか否かを認証する認証部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の生体移植医療装置。
- 前記コード生成部は、
前記認証部によって、前記外部装備が、前記生理的/病理的状態情報を獲得する権限があると認証された場合に限って、前記動作コードを生成させることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の生体移植医療装置。 - 外部装備が、前記生体移植医療装置と通信するために接近した場合、前記外部装備の接近を認知する信号を発生させる通知部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の生体移植医療装置。
- 前記通知部は、
光、音、振動及び刺激のうち少なくとも何れか一つを通じてユーザが認知可能な信号を発生させることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生体移植医療装置。 - 外部装備の接近に対する生体移植医療装置の制御方法において、
外部装備から生体移植医療装置の状態情報、あるいはユーザの生理的/病理的状態情報を要請される段階と、
ユーザの動作状態を感知して、前記ユーザの意図を獲得する段階と、
獲得されたユーザの意図によって、前記状態情報を前記外部装備に伝送するか否かを決定する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする制御方法。 - 前記ユーザの意図を獲得する段階は、
前記ユーザの身体の停止状態、運動状態、瞳孔の運動状態、及び脳波状態のうち少なくとも一つを含むユーザの動作状態を感知することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の制御方法。 - 前記ユーザの意図を獲得する段階は、
感知されたユーザの動作状態に基づいてユーザの意図を表わす動作コードを生成させる段階と、
生成された動作コードと既保存された動作コードとを比較して、前記生成された動作コードに該当するユーザの意図を獲得する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の制御方法。 - 前記外部装備に伝送するか否かを決定する段階は、
獲得されたユーザの意図によって、前記外部装備に前記状態情報を提供するか、拒絶する応答を前記外部装備に伝達することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の制御方法。
