Abstract
【解決手段】直径が200mm以下、板厚が15mm以下の小口径配管を、より大口径の配管と接合する接合継ぎ手を用いて、前記小口径配管と前記接合継ぎ手との溶接後に、溶接部近傍を加熱した後、配管内面を冷媒で冷却する熱処理方法において、加熱範囲と大口径配管との距離が70mm以上であることを特徴とする熱処理方法。

Claims (2)
- 直径が200mm以下、板厚が15mm以下の小口径配管を、より大口径の配管と接合する接合継ぎ手を用いて、前記小口径配管と前記接合継ぎ手との溶接後に、溶接部近傍を加熱した後、配管内面を冷媒で冷却する熱処理方法において、
加熱範囲と大口径配管との距離が70mm以上であることを特徴とする熱処理方法。 - 請求項1において、加熱範囲と大口径配管との距離が70mm以上になるように、前記接合継ぎ手には、予め、小口径配管と同じ口径部が配置されていることを特徴とする熱処理方法。
