Abstract
【解決手段】それぞれ複数の二次電池B11〜B1nが接続されて構成された複数の電池ブロック3,4が直列に接続されて構成された電源部6の各二次電池の端子電圧を監視する電圧監視回路であって、一の電池ブロック3の一部以外の残りの二次電池B1(k+1)〜B1nの端子電圧を検出し、かつ一の電池ブロック3に電源用配線R1を介して直列接続された隣接電池ブロック4の一部の二次電池B11〜B1kの端子電圧を検出する電圧検出部12を備える。

Claims (7)
- それぞれ複数の二次電池が接続されて構成された複数の電池ブロックが直列に接続されて構成された電源部の前記各二次電池の端子電圧を監視する電圧監視回路であって、
一の電池ブロックの一部以外の残りの前記二次電池の端子電圧を検出し、かつ前記一の電池ブロックに電源用配線を介して直列接続された隣接電池ブロックの一部の前記二次電池の端子電圧を検出する電圧検出部を備えることを特徴とする電圧監視回路。 - 前記一の電池ブロックの前記一部の二次電池の端子電圧を検出する第2電圧検出部
をさらに備え、
前記電圧検出部は、検出された電圧情報を前記第2電圧検出部に向けて送信する第1通信回路を含み、
前記第2電圧検出部は、前記第1通信回路により送信された前記電圧情報を受信する第2通信回路を含み、
前記第1通信回路と前記第2通信回路とは通信ラインを介して接続され、
前記一の電池ブロックにおいて前記一部の二次電池と前記残りの二次電池とを接続する線がグランドとして前記第1および第2通信回路にそれぞれ接続されている請求項1に記載の電圧監視回路。 - 予め測定された前記電源用配線の抵抗値を保存する記憶部と、
前記電圧検出部による検出結果に基づき、前記電源用配線の前記一の電池ブロック側の端部と前記電源用配線の前記隣接電池ブロック側の端部との間の電位差を求め、その電位差と前記記憶部に保存されている前記電源用配線の抵抗値とから、前記電源用配線に流れる電流値を求める演算部と
をさらに備える請求項2に記載の電圧監視回路。 - 前記隣接電池ブロックの残りの前記二次電池の端子電圧を検出し、かつ前記隣接電池ブロックにさらに第2電源用配線を介して前記一の電池ブロックと反対側に直列接続された第2隣接電池ブロックの一部の前記二次電池の端子電圧を検出する第3電圧検出部
をさらに備え、
前記記憶部は、予め測定された前記第2電源用配線の抵抗値を保存し、
前記演算部は、前記第3電圧検出部による検出結果に基づき、前記第2電源用配線の前記隣接電池ブロック側の端部と前記第2電源用配線の前記第2隣接電池ブロック側の端部との間の電位差を求め、その電位差と、前記記憶部に保存されている前記第2電源用配線の抵抗値とから、前記第2電源用配線に流れる電流値を求め、前記電源用配線に流れる電流値と前記第2電源用配線に流れる電流値との平均値を前記電源部に流れる電流値と決定する請求項3に記載の電圧監視回路。 - 前記電圧検出部は、情報を受信する第3通信回路を含み、
前記第3電圧検出部は、検出された電圧情報を前記第3通信回路に送信する第4通信回路を含み、
前記第3通信回路と前記第4通信回路とは通信ラインを介して接続され、
前記隣接電池ブロックにおいて前記一部の二次電池と前記残りの二次電池とを接続する線がグランドとして前記第3および第4通信回路にそれぞれ接続されている請求項4に記載の電圧監視回路。 - 情報を受信する第5通信回路を含む制御部
をさらに備え、
前記第2電圧検出部は、検出された電圧情報および前記第2通信回路により受信された前記電圧情報を前記第5通信回路に送信する第6通信回路を含む請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の電圧監視回路。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電圧監視回路と、
前記電源部と
を備えることを特徴とする電池電源装置。
