Abstract
【解決手段】被処理物5の水溶液処理を行う処理液を収容する処理槽2と、被処理物5に付着した処理液を除去する水を収容する水洗槽3、4を有し、水洗槽3の水洗水を処理槽2に戻す。水洗槽3内で除去された処理液の薬剤成分を含む水洗水が処理槽2へ戻されるので、廃棄物を減容化でき、薬剤の使用量も低減できる。

Claims (9)
- 被処理物の水溶液処理を行う処理液を収容する処理槽と、前記被処理物に付着した処理液を除去する水を収容する水洗槽を有し、
前記水洗槽の水洗水を前記処理槽に戻すことを特徴とする、廃液の減容化システム。 - 前記処理液の温度が70℃以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃液の減容化システム。
- 前記水洗槽は、多段に設置され、向流式であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の廃液の減容化システム。
- 前記水洗槽から前記処理槽へ戻す水洗水の量は、前記処理槽内における処理液の蒸発量と前記被処理物に付着して前記処理槽から持ち出された処理液の量との合計量から前記処理液の濃度維持のために必要な薬剤の補充量を差し引いた量と同じかまたは少ないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の廃液の減容化システム。
- 前記処理槽内の処理液が蒸発して発生した水蒸気を回収して前記水洗槽に戻すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の廃液の減容化システム。
- 前記処理槽で発生した水蒸気を、ミスト捕集器を通過させ、捕集されたミストを前記処理槽内に戻すことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の廃液の減容化システム。
- 前記水溶液処理が、脱脂または酸洗であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の廃液の減容化システム。
- 前記水溶液処理が、Snめっきの剥離であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の廃液の減容化システム。
- 前記処理液は、主液成分が水酸化アルカリまたは硫酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の廃液の減容化システム。
