Abstract
【解決手段】熱可塑性樹脂成形体20と一体にインサート成形され、インサート成形体1を構成する金属調化粧シート10の製造方法は、インサート成形体1の縁部となる縁部領域K以外の、インサート成形体1の表面に金属調の意匠を表示させる領域に、透明な熱可塑性樹脂フィルム11の一方の面上に鏡面インク層12を形成する工程と、鏡面インク層12と鏡面インク層12が形成されていない熱可塑性樹脂フィルム11の面上とに非鏡面インク層13を積層する工程とを備える。

Claims (2)
- 熱可塑性樹脂成形体と一体にインサート成形され、インサート成形体を構成する金属調化粧シートの製造方法であって、
前記インサート成形体の縁部となる縁部領域以外であって、前記インサート成形体の表面に金属調の意匠を表示させる領域において、透明な熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの一方の面上に鏡面インク層を積層する工程と、
前記鏡面インク層と該鏡面インク層が積層されていない前記熱可塑性樹脂フィルムの前記面上とに非鏡面インク層を積層する工程とを備えることを特徴とする金属調化粧シートの製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の金属調化粧シートの製造方法により製造された金属調化粧シートと熱可塑性樹脂成形体とが一体にインサート成形されたインサート成形体の製造方法であって、
前記金属調化粧シートにバインダ層を積層する工程と、
前記金属調化粧シートをフォーミング加工する工程と、
前記金属調化粧シートを型抜き加工する工程と、
キャビティを形成可能な金型内に、前記バインダ層が積層され、前記フォーミング加工がなされ、前記型抜き加工がなされた前記金属調化粧シートを配置し、キャビティ内に熱可塑性樹脂を射出して前記熱可塑性樹脂成形体を形成する工程とを備えることを特徴とするインサート成形体の製造方法。
