Abstract
【解決手段】緯線方向の強化繊維層32を積層することで、圧力容器1の緯線方向の強度を高めることができる。しかも、この積層した緯線方向の強化繊維層32を構成する強化繊維32aを連続させることで、例えば各層で強化繊維が分断される場合と比べて、圧力容器1の緯線方向の強度をさらに高めることができる。

Claims (6)
- 中空管を環状にしてなるトロイダル形状の内容器と、前記内容器の外周面に経線方向に沿って周回された強化繊維からなる経線方向の強化繊維層と、前記内容器の外周面に緯線方向に沿って周回された強化繊維からなる緯線方向の強化繊維層とを有する圧力容器であって、
前記緯線方向の強化繊維層を前記内容器の外周面に複数層積層し、この積層した各層を構成する強化繊維を連続させたことを特徴とする圧力容器。 - 前記緯線方向の強化繊維層と前記経線方向の強化繊維層とを交互に積層した請求項1記載の圧力容器。
- 前記内容器の緯線方向断面及び経線方向断面が円形である請求項1又は2に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記緯線方向の強化繊維層を構成する強化繊維が前記内容器の外周面に隙間なく配された請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の圧力容器。
- 中空管を環状にしてなるトロイダル形状の内容器と、前記内容器の外周面に経線方向に沿って周回された強化繊維からなる経線方向の強化繊維層と、前記内容器の外周面に緯線方向に沿って周回された強化繊維からなる緯線方向の強化繊維層とを有する圧力容器の製造方法であって、
強化繊維を前記内容器の外周面に緯線方向に沿って配すると共に、前記内容器及び前記緯線方向の強化繊維の外周を、他の強化繊維で経線方向に沿って周回することにより、緯線方向の強化繊維層を前記内容器に固定することを特徴とする圧力容器の製造方法。 - 前記経線方向の強化繊維を、経線方向で周回しながら緯線方向に螺旋状に巻き進めて、前記緯線方向の強化繊維層及び前記経線方向の強化繊維層を交互に積層する請求項5記載の圧力容器の製造方法。
