Abstract
【解決手段】還元剤噴射装置7が選択的接触還元型触媒装置9の上流に設けられて排気通路3に還元剤を供給し、還元剤噴射装置7により噴射された還元剤を排気ガスと混合する混合部4を備え、混合部4は、混合部4に流入した排気ガスが方向を変えて混合部4から流出するように設定される排気ガス浄化装置1において、混合部4に風向板5を設け、風向板5は混合部4に流入した排気ガスを還元剤噴射装置7の噴射方向に変えるように設定される。

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関の排気通路に設けられ、選択的接触還元型触媒装置と、前記選択的接触還元型触媒装置の上流に設けられて前記排気通路に還元剤を供給する還元剤噴射装置と、前記排気通路に設けられ、前記還元剤噴射装置により噴射された還元剤を排気ガスと混合する混合部とを備え、該混合部は、混合部に流入した排気ガスが方向を変えて混合部から流出するように設定される排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記混合部に風向板を設け、該風向板は前記混合部に流入した排気ガスを前記還元剤噴射装置の噴射方向に変えるように設定されていることを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記風向板は、その一端が前記混合部の排気ガス入口部に取り付けられると共に、他端が混合部の排気ガス出口部に向かって斜めに突出して取り付けられた請求項1記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記風向板は、複数枚設けられた請求項1又は請求項2記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
