Abstract
【解決手段】ハイドロタルサイトとベンゾフェノン系化合物とを含むことを特徴とする蛍光体組成物である。そしてハイドロタルサイトは、ハイドロタルサイトを熱処理してなる焼成物であることが好ましく。また焼成物は、ハイドロタルサイトを200℃〜800℃で熱処理してなる焼成物であることが好ましい。ハイドロタルサイトは、BET比表面積1〜200cm2/gであることが好ましい。

Mg1−a・Ala(OH)2・Ann− a/n・cH2O 一般式(1)
(0.2≦a≦0.33、0≦c≦1、An:n価の陰イオン)
(MaMg1−a)1−b・Alb(OH)2・Ann− b/n・cH2O 一般式(2)
(MはNi、Zn、Cu、およびCaより選ばれる金属を示し、a、bおよびcはそれぞれ式0≦a≦1、0.2≦b≦0.33、0≦c≦4、An:n価の陰イオン)
(A−1)〜(A−4)、(A−8)、(A−10)の化学組成は、表1に示した。
(A−5):ハイドロタルサイト(A−1)を550℃で4時間熱処理した焼成物
(A−6):ハイドロタルサイト(A−2)を350℃で1時間半熱処理した焼成物
(A−7):ハイドロタルサイト(A−2)を650℃で3時間熱処理した焼成物
(A−9):ハイドロタルサイト(A−8)を450℃で5時間熱処理した焼成物
(B−1)2−ヒドロキシ−4−n−オクトキシベンゾフェノン
(B−2)2−ヒドロキシ−4−メトキシベンゾフェノン
(B−3)2,2’−ジヒドロキシ−4−メトキシベンゾフェノン
(B−4)2−ヒドロキシ−4−ドデシルオキシベンゾフェノン
(B−5)2,4−ジヒドロキシベンゾフェノン
(B−6)2,2’−ジヒドロキシ−4,4’−メトキシベンゾフェノン
(B−7)2−ヒドロキシ−4−メトキシ−5−スルホベンゾフェノン
ハイドロタルサイト2重量部に150℃で溶融させたベンゾフェノン系化合物0.1重量部を添加しながら、縦型分散機ディスパーマット(英弘精機製)で5分間撹拌し、蛍光体組成物を得た。その後、ポリプロピレン樹脂100重量部と蛍光体組成物0.6重量部を180℃の2本ロールで4分間混練し、200℃のプレス機で2分間加熱圧縮して、1mm厚の試験片を作製した。
ハイドロタルサイトとベンゾフェノン系化合物を表2の通りに用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に行ない試験片を得た。
得られた試験片を分光蛍光光度計(日立製作所製 F−2500)を用いて、340〜420nm波長域における励起ピーク波長で励起させて蛍光スペクトルを測定した。結果を図1〜図5に示す。
ハイドロタルサイトとベンゾフェノン系化合物を表3の通りに用いた以外は、実施例1と同様に行ない試験片を得た。
得られた試験片を、上記同様の方法により蛍光スペクトルを測定した。発光の有無を下記基準で評価した。結果を表4に示す。
○:発光があった。
×:発光しない。

- ハイドロタルサイトとベンゾフェノン系化合物とを含むことを特徴とする蛍光体組成物。
- ハイドロタルサイトが、ハイドロタルサイトを熱処理してなる焼成物であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の蛍光体組成物。
- 焼成物が、ハイドロタルサイトを200℃〜800℃で熱処理してなる焼成物であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の蛍光体組成物。
- ハイドロタルサイトが、BET比表面積1〜200cm2/gであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか記載の蛍光体組成物。
- ベンゾフェノン系化合物(C)が、340nmにおけるモル吸光係数1000〜15000(l/mol・cm)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか記載の太陽電池封止材用樹脂組成物。
- ベンゾフェノン系化合物(D)が、融点25〜120℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5いずれか記載の太陽電池封止材用樹脂組成物。
- ハイドロタルサイトが、平均板面径0.01〜0.9μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれか記載の蛍光体組成物。
- ハイドロタルサイト100重量部に対して、ベンゾフェノン系化合物を0.1〜2000重量部用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜7いずれか記載の蛍光体組成物。
