Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の半導体型カーボンナノチューブの生成方法は、基板に、血液を含む触媒予備体を堆積させる第一ステップと、前記触媒予備体に含まれた有機物質を除去して、血液に含まれた鉄を酸化して鉄の酸化物を形成する第二ステップと、前記鉄の酸化物を還元させて鉄ナノ粒子を形成する第三ステップと、前記鉄ナノ粒子を触媒として半導体型カーボンナノチューブを生成する第四ステップと、を含む。

Description
本実施形態の半導体型カーボンナノチューブの生成方法は、基板11に、血液を含む触媒予備体12を堆積させる第一ステップと、前記触媒予備体12に含まれた有機物質を除去して、血液に含まれた鉄を酸化して鉄の酸化物を形成する第二ステップと、前記鉄の酸化物を還元させて鉄ナノ粒子を形成する第三ステップと、前記鉄ナノ粒子を触媒として半導体型カーボンナノチューブ400を生成する第四ステップと、を含む。
本実施例は、実施例1と比べて、次の異なる点がある。本実施例の第一ステップにおいて、触媒予備体12は血液及び溶剤からなる混合物である。前記溶剤は、生理食塩水、蒸留水又は脱イオン水である。前記血液及び溶剤の比率は1:1である。前記血液を希釈することにより、より多くの半導体単層カーボンナノチューブ400を生成することができる。

Claims (2)
- 基板に、血液を含む触媒予備体を堆積させる第一ステップと、
前記触媒予備体に含まれた有機物質を除去して、血液に含まれた鉄を酸化して鉄の酸化物を形成する第二ステップと、
前記鉄の酸化物を還元させて鉄ナノ粒子を形成する第三ステップと、
前記鉄ナノ粒子を触媒として半導体型カーボンナノチューブを生成する第四ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする半導体型カーボンナノチューブの生成方法。 - 前記血液は、哺乳類の動物の血液であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の半導体型カーボンナノチューブの生成方法。
