Description
Claims (15)
- 全輪駆動車両の前車軸と後車軸との間、及び/又は二輪又は四輪駆動車両の左輪と右輪との間で、トルクを分配するシステムの油圧アクチュエータであり、
電気モータ(16)と、
前記電気モータ(16)の駆動シャフト(18)によって駆動される油圧ポンプ(17)と、
ディスクパッケージ(15,40)と、前記ディスクパッケージ(15,40)に作用し、前記油圧ポンプ(17)によって作動されるピストンとを備える1つ以上のリミテッド・スリップ連結部(7,37)と
を備えており、
遠心調整機(23,31)が前記電気モータ(16)又は前記油圧ポンプ(17)の回転部に接続されており、前記遠心調整機(23,31)は前記油圧ポンプ(17)の油出口(21)に接続された圧力オーバーフロー弁を制御することを特徴とする、油圧アクチュエータ。 - 前記回転部は前記電気モータ(16)の前記駆動シャフト(18)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 安全弁(19)が、前記リミテッド・スリップ連結部(7)の前記ピストン(13)において、前記油圧ポンプ(17)が接続されている側と同じ側に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記圧力オーバーフロー弁はワッシャ(27)及びばね(29)構成を備え、前記ワッシャ(27)はある位置においてオーバーフロー出口(28)を閉鎖することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記ワッシャ(27)は軸ベアリングの中に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記ワッシャ(27)は、油膜の上を滑走する滑走ワッシャであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記遠心調整機(23)は、前記圧力オーバーフロー弁の前記ワッシャ(27)に直接作用し、前記ワッシャ(27)の1つ以上のばね(29)及びばね(29)構造に対抗する遠心レバー(24)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記遠心調整機(31)は、前記圧力オーバフロー弁の前記ワッシャ(27)と、前記駆動シャフト(18)の上のボール支持部(33)又は前記油圧ポンプ(17)の他の回転部との間に配置されるボール(32)を備えており、前記ボール支持部(33)の前記ボール(32)と接触する表面(34)は傾いていることを特徴とする、請求項4乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記電気モータ(16)は直流整流子モータであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 圧力オーバーフロー弁が、油圧ピストンポンプの各ピストンに接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 制御システムが、前記リミテッド・スリップ連結部(7,37)に一体化された電気コントローラ及び温度センサを備え、前記油圧は前記電気モータ(16)への電流によって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 電気コントローラは前記電気モータ(16)への電流の変化を測定し、速度センサは前記駆動シャフト(18)の速度を感知するように構成され、及び/又は前記電気モータ(16)はブラシレスモータであることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 前記電気モータ(16)は常に作動中であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 圧力低減弁(35)が、前記油圧ポンプ(17)の前記油出口(21)と、更なるリミテッド・スリップ連結部(37)との間に配置されており、前記更なるリミテッド・スリップ連結(37)はシリンダー室(39)と、前記シリンダー室に囲まれたピストンと(38)、ディスクパッケージ(40)とを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の油圧アクチュエータ。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の油圧アクチュエータを含む車両。
