Claims (12)
- 経皮的介入の間、体における所与の侵入点から所与の目標点への経路に沿って移動させるとき、針状の物体の角方向を制御するため、撮像モダリティと共に用いられる方法において、
前記体の近傍に支持ユニットを設置するステップであって、前記支持ユニットが、平行制御平面のペアを提供し、前記支持ユニットは、誘導ユニットを支持するよう構成され、前記誘導ユニットが、前記針状の物体を誘導するためのガイド軸を決定し、前記ガイド軸は、前記平行制御平面のペアに実質的に垂直である、ステップと、
前記撮像モダリティにより撮像平面を適用するステップであって、前記撮像平面の角方向が、前記平行制御平面のペアの角方向に関するリファレンスを決定し、前記撮像平面は、前記侵入点から前記目標点への前記経路に垂直である、ステップと、
前記撮像モダリティにより前記平行制御平面のペアの角方向と前記撮像平面の角方向との間のずれを検出するステップと、
前記平行制御平面のペアと前記撮像平面とを整列させることにより、前記侵入点から前記目標点への前記経路と相関するよう前記ガイド軸を持ってくるステップと、
前記ガイド軸に沿って前記針状の物体を並進させるステップとを有する、方法。 - 前記針状の物体を前記誘導ユニットに挿入するステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 経皮的介入の間、体における所与の侵入点から所与の目標点への経路に沿って移動する間、針状の物体の角方向を制御するデバイスであって、誘導ユニットを支持する支持ユニットを有し、前記支持ユニットが、前記撮像モダリティにより少なくとも部分的に検出可能である平行制御平面のペアを提供し、前記誘導ユニットは、前記針状の物体が並進可能であるガイド軸を確立し、前記ガイド軸が、前記平行制御平面のペアに実質的に垂直である、デバイス。
- 前記支持ユニットが、ガイド開口を規定する、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記支持ユニットが、実質的に平坦である、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記支持ユニットが、ディスク形状の体である、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ガイド軸が、前記ディスク形体の重心を通り延在する、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記誘導ユニットが、ガイドシリンダーを有し、前記ガイドシリンダーは、前記ガイド軸を包囲し、前記ガイドシリンダーが、針状の物体の直径に整合するガイド直径を持つ、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記誘導ユニットが、追加的なガイド軸を確立する、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記誘導ユニットが、追加的なガイドシリンダーを有し、前記追加的なガイドシリンダーは、前記追加的なガイド軸を包囲し、前記追加的なガイドシリンダーが、追加的な針状の物体の直径に整合する追加的なガイド直径を持つ、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、請求項1に記載の方法を実行するよう構成される、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 撮像モダリティと請求項3乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスとを有するシステム。
