RU2288167C2,B82B1/00,2004)。しかし、知られたナノコンポジット物質の含有物の定性的な組成は、修正可能な光学的性質を有する粒子を含んでいない。このことは、それらの発光のような光学的性質を制御することを可能とせず、従ってナノコンポジット物質の機能的可能性及び製造工程での可能性を制限する。
そのプロセスにおいて、結合分子であるセレン化カドミウム粒子の、金ナノ粒子の自由チオ基の配位子への堆積が生じる。これによりナノコンポジット物質の3次元クラスタ構造を形成する巨大分子の形成がなされる。ナノコンポジット物質の調製された懸濁液は、鏡ガラス支持物上に配されナノコンポジット物質フィルムが形成されるまで乾燥される。
Claims (2)
- ナノコンポジット物質であって、
前記ナノコンポジット物質の構造が、さらに外部の光作用に晒される際に空間構造を修正する中間結合分子を含み、
前記ナノ粒子、中間結合分子及び結合可能な分子が、連続的に結合して3次元のクラスタ構造を形成する、ことを特徴とする。 - 請求項1に記載のナノコンポジット物質であって、さらに、外部の光作用に晒される際に空間構造を修正する中間結合分子粒子は、その結合性を強化する官能性置換基の形で追加の含有物を含む、ことを特徴とする。
