・Nedmag社により販売されている、純度が98%超で、80%を超える粒子が0.25mmと1mmの間の直径を有するMgO。
・97%程度のCaOを含み、80%を超える粒子が80μm未満の直径を有する石灰。
・Albemarle社により販売されている、99.5%超のK2CO3を含み、80%を超える粒子が0.25mmと1mmの間の直径を有する炭酸カリウム。
・Saint−Gobain ZirPro社によりCC10という品番で販売されている、98.5%超の純度と3.5μmの中位径d50を有するジルコニア。
1)酸化物に基づく重量百分率で示した化学組成は、蛍光X線により測定した。
特に粒子フィルタとしての用途のための、本発明に従って得られた材料で形成された部品の特性を調べる目的で、表4に化学分析を列挙した試料2及び5を作るために以前に使用したものと同じ粉末から本発明に従って多孔質試料を作製した。

- 酸化物に基づく重量百分率で、
・55%未満のAl2O3、
・35%超80%未満のTiO2、
・1%超20%未満のMgO、
・0.7%超20%未満のZrO2、及び
・20%未満のSiO2、
という化学組成を有する溶融粒子であって、単一の酸化物Al2O3、TiO2、MgO、ZrO2に基づくモル百分率で、
90<2a+3m<110、
100+a<3t<210−a、
a+t+m+zr=100、
という組成に相当していて、式中、
・aはAl2O3のモル百分率であり、
・tはTiO2のモル百分率であり、
・mはMgOのモル百分率であり、
・zrはZrO2のモル百分率である、

・35%超54%未満のAl2O3、

- 請求項1〜6の一つに記載の粒子を製造する方法であって、

a+t+m+zr=100、
という組成に相当していて、式中、
・aはAl2O3のモル百分率であり、
・tはTiO2のモル百分率であり、
・mはMgOのモル百分率であり、
・zrはZrO2のモル百分率である、
ことを特徴とするセラミック製品。 - 酸化物に基づく重量百分率で、
・55%未満のAl2O3、
・35%超80%未満のTiO2、
・1%超20%未満のMgO、
・0.7%超20%未満のZrO2、
・20%未満のSiO2、
という化学組成を有する、請求項9に記載のセラミック製品。 - 酸化物に基づく重量百分率で、
・35%超54%未満のAl2O3、
・40%超55%未満のTiO2、
・1.5%超10%未満のMgO、
・0.7%超6%未満のZrO2、
・0.1%超10%未満のSiO2、
という化学組成を有する、請求項10に記載のセラミック製品。 - ・xが0と0.945の間であり、
・yが0.05と0.995の間であり、
・zが0.005と0.1の間であり、
・x+y+z=1である、
請求項9〜11の一つに記載のセラミック製品。 - ・xが0.70と0.90の間であり、
・yが0.05と0.50の間であり、
・zが0.007と0.07の間であり、
・x+y+z=1である、
請求項1〜12の一つに記載のセラミック製品。 - 擬似ブルッカイト型の相で構成された主相と少なくとも1つの二次的相を含み、前記二次的相がケイ酸塩相及び/又は本質的に酸化チタンTiO2及び/又は酸化ジルコニウムZrO2で構成された相である、請求項9〜13の一つに記載のセラミック製品。
- 二次的相が、材料の合計重量の0〜40%の範囲内にあることができる割合のケイ酸塩相で構成されている、請求項13に記載のセラミック製品。
- 前記ケイ酸塩相が主としてシリカとアルミナで構成され、ケイ酸塩相中のシリカの重量割合が50%超である、請求項15に記載のセラミック製品。
- 二次的相が本質的に酸化チタンTiO2及び/又は酸化ジルコニウムZrO2を含む、請求項14〜16の一つに記載のセラミック製品。
- ハニカムタイプの構造を有し、特に自動車用途向けの触媒担体又はフィルタであって、前記構造を形成するセラミック材料が、10%超の多孔率及び5ミクロンと60ミクロンの間を中心とする細孔サイズを有する、請求項9〜17の一つに記載のセラミック製品。
