Abstract
Description
レーザ・ビーム源と、
治療を施す眼球上にレーザ・ビーム源によって発射されるレーザ・ビームの位置および時間制御誘導を行うビーム誘導手段と、
眼球の虹彩および瞳孔の画像を撮影するカメラと、
カメラに接続され、治療プロフィールに従ってビーム誘導手段を制御するプログラム制御式コンピュータであって、カメラによって供給される画像データに基づいて、眼球の治療中に、眼球の角膜上の特定の点の位置を確定し、そのように確定された角膜上の点の位置に対して治療プロフィールを位置合わせするように設定されたプログラム制御式コンピュータと、
を備える機器が提供される。
Claims (7)
- 眼科手術、特に、レーザ屈折矯正手術用の機器であって、
レーザ・ビーム源(20)と、
治療を施す眼球上に前記レーザ・ビーム源によって発射されるレーザ・ビームの位置および時間制御誘導を行うビーム誘導手段(24、24’、26)と、
前記眼球の虹彩および瞳孔の画像を撮影するカメラ(30)と、
前記カメラに接続され、治療プロフィールに従って前記ビーム誘導手段を制御するプログラム制御式コンピュータ(C)であって、前記カメラによって供給される前記画像データに基づいて、前記眼球の治療中に、前記眼球の角膜上の特定の点の位置を確定し、そのように確定された前記角膜上の点の位置に対して前記治療プロフィールを位置合わせするように設定されたプログラム制御式コンピュータ(C)と
を備える機器において、
前記コンピュータにその測定データを供給する、治療を施す前記眼球の深さ寸法(d)を測定するための測定装置(34)であって、前記深さ寸法が、前眼房の深さ、および必要なら前記角膜の厚さを表し、前記コンピュータが、前記測定された深さ寸法を考慮して前記角膜上の特定の点の位置を確定するように設定されている、測定装置(34)を特徴とする機器。 - 前記測定装置(34)が、コヒーレント光干渉測定装置、特にOLCR測定装置であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の機器。
- 前記コンピュータが、前記眼球の回転半径も考慮して、前記角膜上の特定の点の位置を確定するように設定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記角膜上の特定の点が、瞳孔軸(50)が前記角膜の表面を貫通する点(D)、またはこの貫通点に対して相対的に固定された位置にある点であることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 前記コンピュータ(C)が、前記カメラ(34)の前記画像データから前記瞳孔中心(P)の移動寸法(a)を確定し、このように確定された前記移動寸法、および前記測定された深さ寸法(d)に依拠して前記角膜上の特定の点の位置を確定するように設定されていることを特徴とする、前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の機器。
- 眼科手術、特に、レーザ屈折矯正手術用の機器のための制御プログラムであり、前記機器が、レーザ・ビーム源と、治療を施す眼球上に前記レーザ・ビーム源によって発射されるレーザ・ビームの位置および時間制御誘導を行うビーム誘導手段と、前記眼球の虹彩および瞳孔の画像を撮影するカメラと、前記カメラに接続され、制御プログラムを実行し、治療プロフィールに従って前記ビーム誘導手段を制御するコンピュータとを備える、制御プログラムであって、前記コンピュータが、前記眼球の治療中に、前記カメラによって供給される前記画像データに基づいて前記眼球の角膜上の特定の点の位置を確定し、そのように確定された前記角膜上の点の位置に対して前記治療プロフィールを位置合わせするように、設計されている制御プログラムにおいて、治療を施す前記眼球の測定された深さ寸法を考慮して前記角膜上の特定の点の位置を確定し、前記深さ寸法が、前眼房の深さ、および必要なら前記角膜の厚さを表すことを特徴とする制御プログラム。
- 眼科手術、特にレーザ屈折矯正手術用機器のプログラム制御式コンピュータのための制御プログラムを創出する方法であって、前記機器が、所望の治療プロフィールによって決定される空間的および時間的順序に従って、レーザ照射を眼球上またはその中に導くように設定されており、前記治療プロフィールが、治療を施す眼球の特定の位置に対して位置合わせされる方法において、該方法の場合、治療を施す前記眼球の深さ寸法が前記手術に先立って少なくとも1度測定され、前記深さ寸法が、前眼房の深さ、および必要なら角膜の厚さを表し、前記制御プログラムが、前記手術中、前記測定された深さ寸法を考慮して前記眼球の前記特定の位置を確定するように創出されることを特徴とする方法。
