Abstract
Description
本出願は、米国特許法第120条における、単独の発明者としての
の名において現在係属している「LED器具のための配向可能なレンズ」という題において2008年7月11日に出願された米国特許出願第12/171,362号の一部継続出願である。米国特許出願第12/171,362号は、米国特許法第119条の下、単独の発明者としての
の名において現在係属している「LED器具のための配向可能なレンズ」という題において2008年6月13日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/061392号に関して優先権を主張しており、当該仮出願からの利益を受けている。上述で識別された各特許出願は、完全に本願明細書内に組み込まれている。
Claims (20)
- 取付表面と、
前記取付表面に取り付けられている複数の個々のLEDと、
各々ベースを有している複数の配向可能なレンズと、
前記取付表面に向かう方向に前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースに対する力を提供する前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースと接触している位置決めシートであって、これにより前記取付表面と前記位置決めシートとの間で前記配向可能なレンズの一部を圧縮する、位置決めシートと、
を有するLED器具のための光学システムであって、前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースは、前記複数のLEDのうちの1つのLEDに関する前記取付表面に隣接している、LED器具のための光学システム。 - 前記配向可能なレンズの各々は、屈折レンズを少なくとも部分的に包囲している一次リフレクタを有している、請求項1に記載のLED器具のための光学システム。
- 前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記屈折レンズ及び前記一次リフレクタは、1つの前記LEDから発される光を反射表面に向かってコリメートし、前記反射表面は、前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースによって支持されていると共に前記光の大部分を前記1つのLEDのLED光出力軸から外れて反射するように角度をつけられている、請求項2に記載のLED器具のための光学システム。
- 前記位置決めシートは、複数のレンズ開口を有しており。前記レンズ開口の各々は、1つの前記配向可能なレンズの一部を包囲している、請求項1に記載のLED器具のための光学システム。
- 前記レンズ開口の各々は、位置合わせ切欠きを有しており、前記配向可能なレンズの各々は、前記ベースから延在していると共に前記位置合わせ切欠き内に収容されている少なくとも1つの位置合わせ突起を有している、請求項4に記載のLED器具のための光学システム。
- 前記取付表面に熱的に結合されているヒートシンクを更に有する、請求項1に記載のLED器具のための光学システム。
- 前記位置決めシートは、複数のレンズ開口を有し、前記レンズ開口の各々は、前記配向可能なレンズの一部を包囲しており、前記レンズ開口の各々は、位置合わせ切欠きを有しており、前記配向可能なレンズの各々は、前記ベースから延在していると共に前記位置合わせ切欠き内に収容されている少なくとも1つの位置合わせ突起を有する、請求項3に記載のLED器具のための光学システム。
- 取付表面と、
前記取付表面に取り付けられている複数の個々のLEDと、
各々ベースを有している複数の配向可能なレンズであって、前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースは、前記複数のLEDのうちの1つのLEDに関する前記取付表面に隣接している、前記配向可能なレンズと、
前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースと接触している位置決めシートであって、1つの前記配向可能なレンズの一部を各々が包囲している複数のレンズ開口を有する前記位置決めシートと、
を有するLED照明器具のための光学システムであって、前記位置決めシートは、前記取付表面に向かう方向において前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベース上に対して力を提供し、これにより前記配向可能なレンズを前記取付表面に対して圧縮する、LED照明器具のための光学システム。 - 前記配向可能なレンズの各々は、屈折レンズを少なくとも部分的に包囲している一次リフレクタを有する、請求項8に記載のLED照明器具のための光学システム。
- 前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記屈折レンズ及び前記一次リフレクタは、1つの前記LEDから発される光を反射表面に向かってコリメートし、前記反射表面は、前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースによって支持されていると共に、1つの前記LEDのLED光出力軸から外れるように前記光の大部分を反射するように角度をつけられている、請求項9に記載のLED照明器具のための光学システム。
- 前記取付表面に熱的に結合されているヒートシンクを更に有する、請求項8に記載のLED照明器具のための光学システム。
- 前記レンズ開口の各々は位置合わせ切欠きを有しており、前記配向可能なレンズの各々は、前記ベースから延在していると共に前記位置合わせ切欠き内に収容されている位置合わせ突起を有している、請求項8に記載のLED照明器具のための光学システム。
- 前記配向可能なレンズの各々は、屈折レンズを少なくとも部分的に包囲している一次リフレクタを有している、請求項12に記載のLED器具のための光学システム。
- 前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記屈折レンズ及び前記一次リフレクタは、1つの前記LEDから発される光を反射表面に向かってコリメートし、前記反射表面は、前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースによって支持されていると共に、1つの前記LEDのLED光出力軸から前記光の大部分を反射するように角度をつけられている、請求項13に記載のLED照明器具のための光学システム。
- 複数のLEDを支持する取付表面であって、前記複数のLEDからの電源への電気的な接続も支持している取付表面と、
前記取付表面に隣接して取り付け可能であると共に複数の開口を有する位置決めシートであって、前記位置決めシートが前記取付表面に隣接して取り付けられた場合に、前記複数の開口が前記取付表面の前記複数のLEDと位置合わせされる、位置決めシートと、
前記位置決めシートと前記取付表面との間に位置決めされているベースを持つ複数のレンズであって、各々が前記位置決めシートの前記複数の開口のうちの1つを通って延在している複数のレンズと、
を有するLED照明器具のための光学システムであって、前記レンズは、直接的に前記レンズの下方に位置決めされているLEDから発せられる光を、所定の場所に再指向するように前記開口の各々内で個々に回転可能であり、前記レンズの各々は、前記レンズが、直接的に前記レンズの下方に位置決めされている前記LEDの周りの複数の回転可能な位置のうちの1つに固定されるのを可能にする位置決め構造を有する、LED照明器具のための光学システム。 - 前記レンズの各々は、屈折レンズを少なくとも部分的に包囲している一次リフレクタを有している、請求項15に記載のLED照明器具のための光学システム。
- 前記配向可能なレンズの各々の屈折レンズ及び前記一次リフレクタは、1つの前記LEDから発される光を反射表面に向かってコリメートし、前記反射表面は、前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースによって支持されていると共に、1つの前記LEDのLED光出力軸から外れるように前記光の大部分を反射するように角度をつけられている、請求項16に記載のLED器具のための光学システム。
- 前記位置合わせ構造は、少なくとも1つの位置合わせ突起を含んでいる、請求項15に記載のLED照明器具のための光学システム。
- 前記位置合わせ突起が、前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースから延在している、請求項18に記載のLED器具のための光学システム。
- リム部は、前記配向可能なレンズの各々の前記ベースから延在しており、前記リム部の各々は、前記位置決めシートの対応する前記レンズ開口に当接している、請求項15に記載のLED照明器具のための光学システム。
