Claims (5)
- ひだが縦方向と横方向に形成され互いに交差する低温流体貯蔵タンクの金属メンブレンであって、
前記ひだの交差部位に、縦方向及び横方向に伸縮できるように前記ひだのそれぞれが連結される両方向伸縮部が形成され、
前記両方向伸縮部は、突出したピラミッド形状を有し、側面が連結される端に凹んだ第1溝部が形成され、
前記ひだは、前記両方向伸縮部との連結部位の上部に凹んだ第2溝部が形成され、
前記両方向伸縮部に連結されるひだの終端の両側にクランプ手段がクランプできるように、突出したクランプ部が形成されることを特徴とする直交等方性を有する伸縮性金属メンブレン。 - 前記クランプ部は、
上部が下部に比べて突出する度合いが大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直交等方性を有する伸縮性金属メンブレン。 - ひだが縦方向と横方向に形成され互いに交差する低温流体貯蔵タンクの金属メンブレンであって、
前記ひだの交差部位に、縦方向及び横方向に伸縮できるように前記ひだのそれぞれが連結される両方向伸縮部が形成され、
前記両方向伸縮部は、突出したドーム形状を有し、
前記ひだの前記両方向伸縮部に連結される部位に首部が形成され、
前記両方向伸縮部の両側において前記ひだとの連結部位間に位置し、クランプ手段によりクランプされる腰部からなるクランプ部が形成されることを特徴とする直交等方性を有する伸縮性金属メンブレン。 - ひだが縦方向と横方向に形成され互いに交差する低温流体貯蔵タンクの金属メンブレンであって、
前記ひだの交差部位に突出した十字形状を有するとともに前記十字形状の分岐部間に、前記ひだがそれぞれ連結されて縦方向及び横方向に伸縮できるようにする両方向伸縮部が形成され、
前記両方向伸縮部が前記ひだよりも突出するように形成されることにより、前記分岐部の両側面にクランプ手段がクランプできるようにクランプ部が形成されることを特徴とする直交等方性を有する伸縮性金属メンブレン。 - 前記両方向伸縮部は、
前記分岐部の側部形状が扇形形状を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の直交等方性を有する伸縮性金属メンブレン。
