Abstract
Description
電気アーク炉内での鋼鉄の生産時間を減じるために、種々の装置及び方法が、この炉に更なるエネルギーを送る手段を改良するように開発されている。このような改良は、水冷式の側壁(パネルもしくは炉)に取り付けられる一般のバーナと、一般のランスと、一般のバーナと、これらに類似するものとの少なくとも1つを含むが、これらに限定されない。
Claims (15)
- 炉壁(14)に取り付けられるバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置であって、このパネル装置は、
A)第1の端部と吐出端部とを有し、(a)前記第1の端部としての取り付け端部(2)と、(b)第1の遷移領域(3)と、(c)第1の筒状の領域(4)と、(d)選択的な第2の遷移領域(5)と、(e)選択的な第2の筒状の領域(6)と、(f)前記吐出端部(8)を有している終端領域(7)とを有するようにして形成されている、バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)と、
B)このバーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の前記第2の取り付け端部(2)と、前記第1の遷移領域(3)と、前記第1の筒状の領域(4)と、前記選択的な第2の遷移領域(5)と、前記選択的な第2の筒状の領域(6)と、前記終端領域(7)とを貫通している少なくとも1つのボア(11)と、
C)少なくとも1つの熱エネルギー源と、特定のインジェクタと、酸素インジェクタとの少なくとも1つから選択された少なくとも1つの射出装置(16)と、
を具備し、
前記終端領域(7)は、半回転楕円形状を有しており、
前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の前記取り付け端部(2)と、前記第1の遷移領域(3)と、前記第1の筒状の領域(4)と、前記選択的な第2の遷移領域(5)と、前記選択的な第2の筒状の領域(6)と、前記終端領域(7)とは、前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)を貫通した前記少なくとも1つのボア(11)によって互いに流体接続されており、
前記第1の筒状の領域(4)と、選択された場合は前記第2の遷移領域(5)と、選択された場合は前記第2の筒状の領域(6)との各々は、前記少なくとも1つのボア(11)に対して平行に延びている上側の外面を有しており、
前記第2の遷移領域(5)の外形は、前記第1の筒状の領域(4)から前記第2の筒状の領域(6)まで偏心で拡大しており、
前記少なくとも1つの射出装置(16)は、前記少なくとも1つのボア(11)内に配置されており、
前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)は、前記炉壁(14)に取り付けられた時に、前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の前記吐出端部(8)が、前記炉内の金属融解ラインに向かって延びるように、前記炉壁(14)から外方に及び下方に延びている、バーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。 - 前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)は、一体成形された部品である、請求項1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)は、前記取り付け端部(2)と、第1の遷移領域(3)と、第1の筒状の領域(4)と、第2の遷移領域(5)と、第2の筒状の領域(6)と、終端領域(7)とを具備する、請求項1または2に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)は、取り付け端部(2)と、第1の遷移領域(3)と、第1の筒状の領域(4)と、終端領域(7)とを具備する、請求項1または2に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の前記吐出端部(8)は、水平線から35度乃至65度の角度で、好ましくは水平線から42乃至48度の角度で延びている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の前記吐出端部(8)は、前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の底面が炉壁(14)に接している点から金属融解ライン(24)までの距離の約40%まで、好ましくは前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の底面が前記炉壁(14)に接している点から前記金属融解ライン(24)までの距離の約50%まで延びている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 前記取り付け端部(2)の幅は、6インチ乃至10インチ(約15.24cm乃至約25.4cm)であり、この取り付け端部(2)の高さは、11インチ乃至17インチ(約27.94cm乃至約43.18cm)であり、前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の他の部分の最も広い領域の幅が、5インチ乃至10インチ(約15.24cm乃至約25.4cm)であり、前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の全長が、8インチ乃至38インチ(約20.32cm乃至約96.52cm)である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)は、このバーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の周面に沿って配置されている流体冷却式回路(12)を使用して流体冷却される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)は、1つのボア(11)を有しており。このボア(11)内に1つの射出装置(16)が配置されている請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 1つの更なる射出装置(16)が、前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の前記1つのボア(11)に配置されている、請求項9に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)は、このバーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)の前記第1の遷移領域(3)の上側の外面(21)に沿って、複数の成形された溝(13)を更に具備する請求項1乃至10のいずれか1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 前記バーナ/インジェクタパネル(1)は、前記第1の筒状の領域(4)と、前記選択的な第2の遷移領域(5)と、前記選択的な第2の筒状の領域(6)との上側の外面に沿って、複数の成形された溝(13)を更に具備する請求項1乃至11のいずれか1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- 前記炉は、電気アーク炉である、請求項1乃至12のいずれか1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置。
- A)上側のシェルと下側のシェルと炉のスプリットラインとから成る炉壁を有し、電気アークを使用する炉本体と、
B)請求項1乃至12のいずれか1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置と、
を具備する電気アーク炉。 - 酸素燃料と、粒子もしくは酸素を含むガスと、これらの混合物とから選択された生成物を、バーナ/インジェクタパネル装置から炉内に射出する方法であり、この方法は、
A.請求項1乃至12のいずれか1に記載のバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置を有する炉を提供する工程と、
B. このバーナ/インジェクタパネル装置の吐出端部から前記炉の金属融解ラインに向かって少なくとも1つの生成物を射出する工程と、
を具備する方法。
