Abstract

Procedimento di fusione per forno elettrico ad arco con sorgenti alternative di energia per la fusione di base a base ferro, detto forno elettrico (10) presentando tubiere ossigeno (13) poste sul fondo, almeno una tubiera a carbone (15) che opera nell'area di contatto tra il bagno di metallo fuso (16) e lo strato di scoria (22), almeno una lancia supersonica (12) cooperante con una lancia carbone (29), delle lance (12, 29) presentando una posizione di lavoro (12c, 29c) in cui la lancia supersonica (12) è posta in stretta prossimità alla superficie del metallo fuso (16) e la lancia carbone (29) è posta in prossimità della superficie dello strato di scoria (22), una pluralità di bruciatori (28) posti sulle pareti raffreddate (31) del forno (10) eroganti gas a base ossigeno e sostanze combustibili, in cui almeno due primi bruciatori (28) lavorano ad inseguimento, detto forno (10) venendo caricato con una o più cariche, che prevedono una prima fase di avvio della fusione ed una seconda fase di fusione, essendo prevista, una fase di affinazione ed una fase di spillaggio, in cui: nella prima fase di avvio della fusione, almeno un secondo bruciatore (28e) collabora per rapidamente liberare il percorso di introduzione della lancia supersonica (12) e della lancia carbone (29); almeno un terzo bruciatore (28a) è direzionato verso il centro del forno (10) in cooperazione con l'area di uscita in superficie del bagno dell'ossigeno erogato da una tubiera ossigeno (13); i bruciatori (28) operano nella prima fase come bruciatori, nella seconda fase come bruciatori, nella seconda fase come lamce ad ossigeno sub - soniche e nella terza fase vengono sostanzialmente spenti; le tubiere ossigeno (13) erogano ossigeno in grande quantità ed a bassa pressione; l'erogazione delle sostanze carboniose è orientata verso il centro del forno (10) ed interviene in cooperazione con la scoria (22) sia al di sopra di essa ed il metallo liquido; le razioni Fe + O = FeO, FeO + C = Fe + Co vengono fatte avvenire all'interno del bagno di metallo liquido (16), appena al di sopra della superficie del detto metallo liquido (16) e nell'intorno dello spessore della scoria 822) la quale viene elaborata per essere scoria schiumosa; la reazione CO + O = CO2 viene fatta avvenire appena al di sopra della superficie del metallo liquido (16) e nell'intorno dello spessore della scoria (22). Forno elettrico ad arco che realizza il procedimento di cui sopra.
