Description
・(少なくとも濡らされる表面のうちの)蒸発装置の壁はチタニウム材料を含む。
・壁は少なくとも1つの加熱導体で周囲を巻かれ、必要に応じて、加熱導体とともに(例えば複数層の構成の方法で)鋳造される。
・少なくとも1つの加熱導体の壁は、熱均衡化のための材料(例えば銅またはアルミニウム材料)によって(完全にまたは部分的に)囲まれ得る。
・熱導体の少なくとも1つはPTC要素を含む。
・蒸発装置の形態または少なくとも1つの液滴の放出の位置は、可能な限り噴霧噴出により、提供された壁の表面全体を濡らすように選択される。
・噴霧ノズル(必要に応じて複数の噴霧ノズル)および/または計測用ダクトによって、還元剤/還元剤前駆体の追加が行われる。
・蒸発器室からの流出は、液滴の放出に対して(反対側ではなく、また、直噴の範囲内ではなく)オフセットされる。
・蒸発器室の方向を向いた噴霧ノズルおよび/または計測用ダクトの開口部は加熱されておらず、かつ好ましくは、10mm未満、特に、5mm未満の直径を有する。
・蒸発器室は(断面において)二重円錐の形で構成される。
・必要に応じて、加水分解触媒の後に、加熱可能な液滴分離器が蒸発器室の下流に提供される。
・加水分解触媒は、蒸発器室または蒸発装置に対して同心円状の設計である。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの還元剤前駆体を含む水溶液の蒸発のための蒸発装置(1)であって、
チタニウムを含む材料でできた壁(4)によって画定された少なくとも1つの蒸発器室(2、3)と、
前記蒸発器室(2)の外側に配置され、前記蒸発器室(2)と熱を伝達するように連結された、少なくとも100W/mK(ワット毎メートル毎ケルビン)の熱伝導率を有する材料でできた熱分与層(5)と
を備え、加熱層(6)は、前記熱分与層(5)の外側に形成され、前記熱分与層(5)と物質的に一体化された方法で連結される、蒸発装置(1)。 - 前記熱分与層(5)は少なくとも1つの、外側に連続した凹部(52)を有し、少なくとも1つの加熱導体(7)はこの凹部(52)に挿入されて前記熱分与層(5)にはんだ付けされる、請求項1に記載の蒸発装置(1)。
- 前記加熱層(6)は少なくとも1つの自己調節発熱抵抗体(50)を備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蒸発装置(1)。
- 前記加熱層(6)は、内側接触層(49)および外側接触層(51)を有し、これらの間に前記自己調節発熱抵抗体(50)が形成される、請求項3に記載の蒸発装置。
- 前記熱分与層(5)は、以下の材料:
