Claims (9)
- 冷却液により熱間圧延板状金属または熱間圧延帯状金属を制御冷却する装置であって、前記冷却液を前記板または前記帯の上面上のある領域に拘束する少なくとも二つのゾーン分離噴霧デバイス(10、11、12)を含む装置を動作させる方法において、冷却中に前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイス(10、11、12)からの流量が、付与される冷却流量に応じて、調節されることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイス(10、11、12)からの流量は、調節可能弁(14)を調節することにより、調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイス(10、11、12)からの流量は、可変速ポンプ(20)の速度を変更することにより、調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイス(10、11、12)からの流量は、その圧力を測定することにより監視されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 冷却液により熱間圧延板状金属または熱間圧延帯状金属(1)を制御冷却する装置(9)であって、前記冷却液を前記板または前記帯の上面上のある領域に拘束する少なくとも二つのゾーン分離噴霧デバイス(10、11、12)を備える装置において、付与される冷却流量に応じて前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイスからの流量を制御する少なくとも一つのデバイスを含むことを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイス(10、11、12)からの流量を制御するデバイスは、少なくとも一つの調節可能弁(14)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイス(10、11、12)からの流量を制御するデバイスは、少なくとも一つの可変速ポンプ(20)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイスからの流量を制御するデバイスは、前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイス(10、11、12)からの流量の圧力を測定する少なくとも一つの圧力変換器(15)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイスからの流量を制御するデバイスは、前記ゾーン分離噴霧デバイス(10、11、12)からの流量を測定する少なくとも一つの流量計を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
