Claims (16)
- 挿入方向(I)に沿って相手同軸コネクタを受容するよう構成された、印刷回路基板上に実装される同軸コネクタ(1)であって、
支持部(20)及びスイッチ部(19)を有するコンタクト部材(10)と、
固定脚(16)及び弾性可撓性を有する切換え脚(15)を有し、ばね力を生成するよう構成された接触ばね(8)と
を具備し、
前記切換え脚は、該切換え脚が弾性的に且つ導電的に前記コンタクト部材の前記スイッチ部を押圧すると共にばね力の伝達経路(F)が前記切換え脚から前記コンタクト部材を介して閉ループ内で前記接触ばねに戻って案内される停止位置から、挿入された前記相手同軸コネクタにより前記切換え脚が切換え方向(D)に沿って前記スイッチ部から離間する切換え位置まで、前記相手同軸コネクタの挿入により移動する同軸コネクタにおいて、
前記コンタクト部材は、前記支持部及び前記スイッチ部により囲まれた開口(O)を形成するほぼC形状のクリップとして形成され、
前記接触ばねの前記切換え脚は、前記開口内に延びていることを特徴とする同軸コネクタ。 - 前記固定脚は、前記C形状のクリップの前記開口内に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記切換え方向は前記挿入方向と平行であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記切換え脚は、前記スイッチ部に接触力(C)を及ぼし、
前記固定脚は、前記支持部に支持力(S)を及ぼし、
前記接触力及び前記支持力は互いに整列していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 前記コンタクト部材は、前記支持部及び前記スイッチ部を連結する後部(21)を具備し、
前記後部は、前記接触力とほぼ平行に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 前記接触ばねは、前記同軸コネクタの外部からアクセス可能に配置されたばね端子(18)に電気接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記同軸コネクタは、挿入開口(3)を有するハウジング(2)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記ハウジングは、前記相手同軸コネクタの挿入時に該相手同軸コネクタが接続される相手同軸コネクタ受容部を形成し、
前記接触ばねは、ばね曲げ部(9)を具備し、
前記切換え脚及び前記固定脚は、前記ばね曲げ部から前記相手同軸コネクタの前記挿入軸(I)を通って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 前記コンタクト部材は、単一の本体として一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記コンタクト部材は、前記同軸コネクタの外部からアクセス可能に配置された端子部(22)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記コンタクト部材は、打抜き加工された金属板から形成され、両端がC形状となるよう約90°に曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記同軸コネクタは、印刷回路基板上に配置されるように構成されたほぼ平坦な実装基部(B)を有し、
前記ばね端子及び前記端子部は、前記実装基部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 前記挿入方向に直交する方向から見て、前記ハウジングは少なくとも1個の対角線を有するほぼ多角形の形状であり、
前記接触ばねは、前記対角線に沿って延びていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 前記同軸コネクタは、印刷回路基板上の前記同軸コネクタに割り当てられた所定の外形(6)内に位置するよう構成された外形を有し、
前記同軸コネクタは、前記外形内に凹部(4a,4b)をさらに有し、
前記凹部は、前記同軸コネクタの前記挿入方向と平行な嵌合面(11)から実装基部(B)まで前記同軸コネクタを貫通することを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。 - 前記同軸コネクタは、前記挿入開口を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むと共に前記ハウジングを包囲する導電性の接地導体(26)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のうちいずれか1項記載の同軸コネクタ。
- 前記接地導体は、前記挿入方向とほぼ平行に延びる少なくとも一面を有し、
前記一面は、前記相手同軸コネクタの少なくとも1個のロック部材を保持するよう設計された少なくとも1個の凹部(30a,30b)を有することを特徴とする請求項15記載の同軸コネクタ。
