Claims (15)
- マグネトロンによって真空蒸着されかつ太陽光抵抗特性及び/又は低放射特性を有するフィルム系を含む、本質的に透明な板ガラスであって、その特性が特に少なくとも一つの銀ベースの赤外線反射層によって付与され、板ガラスが表面層として酸化チタンに基づきかつZrO2,SiO2,Cr2O3からなる群からの高硬度の少なくとも一種の他の金属酸化物に基づく層を含み、板ガラスが層系の蒸着後に少なくとも550℃で5分間、熱処理を受けた場合に、光透過率(Tv)、層側反射(Re)及びガラス側反射(Ri)の測色特性が、10°のCIELAB座標において、観察される変化が透過及び反射の各々に対して以下の式を満足するようなものである、板ガラス:
ΔE=[(ΔL*)2+(Δa*)2+(Δb*)2]1/2≦4、好ましくは<2 - 層側反射(Re)に対して観察される変化が以下の式を満足する、請求項1に記載の板ガラス:
ΔE=[(ΔL*)2+(Δa*)2+(Δb*)2]1/2≦1 - ガラス側反射(Ri)の測色特性及び透過のそれが以下の同じ条件を満足する、請求項2に記載の板ガラス:
ΔE=[(ΔL*)2+(Δa*)2+(Δb*)2]1/2≦1 - 酸化チタンが表面層の少なくとも40重量%を占める、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 表面層がさらに、考慮下の追加の酸化物と共に通常存在する金属酸化物を含み、これらの酸化物が、表面層の全ての酸化物の5重量%を越えない割合である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンに加えて、表面層が15重量%〜50重量%の割合で酸化ジルコニウムを含有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンに基づいた表面層が3nm以上の厚さを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 酸化チタンに基づいた表面層が35nm以下の厚さを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 表面層の酸化チタン以外の金属酸化物が層全体の少なくとも5重量%、好ましくは少なくとも10重量%である、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 赤外線反射銀ベース層が、わずかに酸化性の雰囲気下でセラミックターゲットから蒸着された金属酸化物バリヤー層で被覆されている、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- バリヤー層が酸化チタンに基づく層である、請求項10に記載の板ガラス。
- バリヤー層がチタン及び/又はジルコニウム、ニオブ、アルミニウムもしくはタンタル酸化物の混合酸化物に基づく、請求項10に記載の板ガラス。
- 表面層に加えて、少なくとも一つの銀ベースの機能層、及びガラス支持体と第一銀層の間、適切には各銀層の間で、かつ支持体から最も遠い銀層上に配置された一組の誘電層を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 一つ、二つ又は三つの銀層を含み、各々が7〜20nmの厚さを有する、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の板ガラス。
- 銀層が、スズ又はアルミニウム又はガリウムで任意選択的にドープされた酸化亜鉛に基づく層上に蒸着される、請求項13又は14に記載の板ガラス。
