(e)成分Aとして、少なくとも1つの脂肪族有機ジイソシアナート、
(f)成分Bとして、成分Aに対して反応性であり、かつ、500g/mol〜10000g/molの重量平均分子量を有する少なくとも1つの化合物、
(g)成分Cとして、主たる鎖延長剤C1としての60mol%〜85mol%の1,6−ヘキサンジオールおよび補助的な鎖延長剤C2としての15mol%〜40mol%の1,3−プロパンジオールを含む、鎖延長剤としてのアルカンジオールから構成される混合物、
(h)成分Dとして、少なくとも1つの触媒、
(i)成分Eとして、従来の添加物
の反応によって得ることができる。

Description
(a)成分Aとして、少なくとも1つの脂肪族有機ジイソシアナート、
(b)成分Bとして、成分Aに対して反応性であり、かつ、500g/mol〜10000g/molの重量平均分子量を有する少なくとも1つの化合物、
(c)成分Cとして、主たる鎖延長剤C1としての60mol%〜85mol%の1,6−ヘキサンジオールおよび補助的な鎖延長剤C2としての15mol%〜40mol%の1,3−プロパンジオールを含む、鎖延長剤としてのアルカンジオールから構成される混合物、
(d)成分Dとして、少なくとも1つの触媒、
および、成分Eとして、従来の添加物。

Miso:使用されるイソシアナートの分子量(g/mol)
mtot:全出発物質の総質量(g)
k:鎖延長剤の数。
貯蔵試験1:100℃で20時間加熱された試験片が温度および湿度の標準的な条件(23℃、50%の相対湿度)のもとで貯蔵される。
MFR
硬質相分率がHDIに基づいて0.60であり、かつ、その分子量が2000であるポリエステルジオールを含み、かつ、主たる鎖延長剤としての1,6−ヘキサンジオールおよび補助的な鎖延長剤としての1,3−プロパンジオールを含むTPU試験片を、手作業による鋳型プロセスにおいて使用される鎖延長剤の総モル量nに基づく主たる鎖延長剤(c1)の様々なモル割合を使用して調製し、加工して、射出成形シート(120×95×2mm)を得た。シートを様々な条件のもとで貯蔵した(貯蔵試験1〜貯蔵試験6、様々な時間)。
硬質相分率がHDIに基づいて0.70であり、かつ、その分子量が2000であるポリエステルジオールを含み、かつ、主たる鎖延長剤としての1,6−ヘキサンジオールおよび補助的な鎖延長剤としての1,3−プロパンジオールを含むTPU試験片を、手作業による鋳型プロセスにおいて使用される鎖延長剤の総モル量nに基づく主たる鎖延長剤(c1)の様々なモル割合を使用して調製し、加工して、射出成形シート(120×95×2mm)を得た。シートを様々な条件のもとで貯蔵した(貯蔵試験1〜貯蔵試験6、様々な時間)。

Claims (10)
- 下記の成分A、成分B、成分C、ならびに、適するならば、成分Dおよび成分E:
(e)成分Aとして、少なくとも1つの脂肪族有機ジイソシアナート、
(f)成分Bとして、成分Aに対して反応性であり、かつ、500g/mol〜10000g/molの重量平均分子量を有する少なくとも1つの化合物、
(g)成分Cとして、主たる鎖延長剤C1としての60mol%〜85mol%の1,6−ヘキサンジオールおよび補助的な鎖延長剤C2としての15mol%〜40mol%の1,3−プロパンジオールを含む、鎖延長剤としてのアルカンジオールから構成される混合物、
(h)成分Dとして、少なくとも1つの触媒、
(i)成分Eとして、従来の添加物
の反応によって得ることができる熱可塑性ポリウレタン。 - 成分Cが65mol%〜80mol%の成分C1および20mol%〜35mol%の成分C2を含む、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 成分Cが70mol%〜78mol%の成分C1および22mol%〜30mol%の成分C2を含む、請求項2に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 使用される成分Aが、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアナート、または、少なくとも80重量%のヘキサメチレンジイソシアナートおよび20重量%に至るまでの他の脂肪族有機ジイソシアナートから構成される混合物を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 使用される成分Bがポリエステルジオールを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の熱可塑性ポリウレタン。
- 前記成分A、成分B、成分C、ならびに、適するならば、成分Dおよび成分Eを、混合とともに相互に反応させることを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載される熱可塑性ポリウレタンを製造するための方法。
- 射出成形プロセス、押出しプロセスまたは焼結プロセスによって成形物を製造するため、あるいは、成形物を被覆するために、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載される熱可塑性ポリウレタンを使用する方法。
- 前記成形物が、自動車分野、機械工学分野、家具分野、スポーツ分野およびレジャー分野における用途のために使用される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項において定義される熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含む成形物。
- 熱可塑性ポリウレタンから製造される成形物における沈着物の形成を阻害するために、熱可塑性ポリウレタンの製造で、主たる鎖延長剤C1として60mol%〜85mol%の1,6−ヘキサンジオール、および補助的な鎖延長剤C2として15mol%〜40mol%の1,3−プロパンジオールを含むアルカンジオールから構成される混合物を使用する方法。
