Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に従ってデータを変調する際に実行されるステップを示すフローチャートである。まず、ステップ101において、セルラ無線システムの異なる複数のユーザに送信されるべきデータが、直交サブチャネル(OSC)に多重化される。本発明の一実施形態によれば、以下の点からなる通常のQPSK信号点配置を選択することができる。
Claims (11)
- 2つのブランチを有する共有チャネルに多重化された2つの移動機へデータを送信する基地送受信局(BTS)を備えるセルラ無線システムにおいて、送信されるデータを4相位相偏移(QPSK)変調方式を用いて変調する方法であって、QPSK変調された総エネルギーが前記変調された信号の前記2つのブランチ間で不均一に分割されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記QPSK変調された信号の前記総エネルギーが、前記2つの移動機から前記基地送受信局(BTS)への距離、報告された受信信号品質(RXQUAL)、又は前記移動機の能力に依存する比で不均一に分割されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記QPSK変調された信号の総エネルギーが前記2つのブランチ間で適応的に分割されることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記QPSK変調された信号の前記2つのブランチ間における前記エネルギーの分配が、ある送信スロットと次の送信スロットとで変更されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記2つの移動機が、直交サブチャネルを用いて同一チャネルを共有するGSM (Global system for Mobile communication)移動機であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記QPSK変調された信号の全てが、複素平面における単位円上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 変調信号として送信されるデータを、2つのブランチを有する4相位相偏移(QPSK)変調方式を用いて変調するための変調器であって、
前記QPSK変調された信号の総エネルギーを、前記変調信号の前記2つのブランチ間で不均一に分割する手段を有することを特徴とする変調器。 - 前記分割する手段が、2つの移動機から前記基地送受信局(BTS)への距離、報告された受信信号品質(RXQUAL)、又は移動機の能力に依存する比で、前記QPSK変調された信号の総エネルギーを不均一に分割することを特徴とする請求項7記載の変調器。
- 前記分割する手段が、前記QPSK変調された信号の総エネルギーを、前記2つのブランチ間で適応的に分割することを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8記載の変調器。
- 前記2つのブランチ間における前記エネルギーの分配を、ある送信スロットと次の送信スロットとで変更する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載の変調器。
- 前記QPSK変調された信号の全てを、複素平面における単位円上に位置させる手段を有することを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の変調器。
