Claims (11)
- 空気圧シリンダ(10)であって、
(a)シリンダハウジング(12)、
(b)シリンダハウジング(12)内で縦方向に可動な中心ピストン(16)、
(c)中心ピストン(16)の第1の牽引ストッパ(30)及びシリンダハウジング(1 2)にある第1の位置ぎめストッパ(44)と共同作用するように形成されている 第1の牽引ピストン(18)及び
(d)中心ピストン(16)の第2の牽引ストッパ(32)及びシリンダハウジング(1 2)にある第2の位置ぎめストッパ(46)と共同作用するように形成されている 第2の牽引ピストン(20)
を有するものにおいて、
(e)シリンダハウジング(12)が、
(i) 中で動く第1の牽引ピストン(18)を持つ本体(24)、
(ii) 中で動く第2の牽引ピストン(20)を持つシリンダカバー(28)及び
(iii)第1の位置ぎめストッパ(44)及び第2の位置ぎめストッパ(46)が形成 されている中間円板(26)
を含んでいることを特徴とする、空気圧シリンダ。 - シリンダカバー(28)を中間円板へ締付けかつ中間円板(26)を本体(24)へ締付ける少なくとも1つの結合素子(60)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の空気圧シリンダ。
- 結合素子(60)が、本体(24)及びシリンダカバー(28)にあるそれぞれ1つの心出し穴(68)へはめ込まれている心出しスリーブ(66)を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の空気圧シリンダ。
- シリンダカバー(28)が密閉素子(54)によりシリンダハウジング(12)に対して密閉されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の空気圧シリンダ。
- 中間円板(26)が、両側に少なくとも1つの密閉部分(64)特に加硫されたゴム密閉部分を持っていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の空気圧シリンダ。
- 中間円板(26)が、本体(24)にある本体凹所(56)に遊隙なしにはめ込まれていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の空気圧シリンダ。
- 中間円板(26)が、シリンダカバー(28)にあるシリンダカバー凹所へ遊隙なしにはめ込まれ、それによりシリンダカバー(28)が、中心ピストン(16)の縦方向に対して直角に遊隙なしにかつ本体(24)に移動不可能に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の空気圧シリンダ。
- 中間円板(26)が凸な半径方向縁を持っていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の空気圧シリンダ。
- 先行する請求項の1つに記載の空気圧シリンダ(10)を持つ変速機操作器。
- 次の段階即ち
(a)シリンダハウジング(12)の本体(24)、シリンダカバー(28)及び中間円 板(26)を製造し、
(b)中間円板(26)を本体(24)又はシリンダカバー(28)に載せ、
(c)中間円板(26)、本体(24)及びシリンダカバー(28)を結合する
段階を含む、空気圧シリンダの製造方法。 - 中間円板(26)、本体(24)及びシリンダカバー(28)の結合が1つの工程で行われることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
