本发明公布了一种新型气缸固定座,从侧面看为倾斜45°的腰型板纵向和横向切割而成,其特征在于:所述的切割而成的固定座上加工有阶梯式轴孔,所述的固定座另一侧切割面攻有两个螺纹孔,气缸固定座两件为一组,两件对称,为45°倾斜安装,表面镀铬。本发明的优点在于:可承受大负载且由一对组成使得受力更均匀,表面镀铬耐腐、硬度大、美观,制作简单,结构合理,成本低等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种驱动固定装置,具体涉及一种新型气缸固定座。
背景技术
随着工业自动化的发展,气动元件越来越多的使用在工业上,气缸作为动力输出元件起着越来越重要的作用,而如何能更方便、更稳定的固定气缸成为保证自动化生产稳定性的关键,现有的气缸固定座比较随意,多为钣金焊接或者折弯件,强度较差,工作时容易抖动,影响气缸正常工作,而且无法承受大功率的气缸。
发明内容
针对现有的技术不足,本发明的目的是在于提供一种新型气缸固定座。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来完成的:
一种新型气缸固定座,从侧面看为倾斜45°的腰型板纵向和横向切割而成,其特征在于:所述的切割而成的固定座上加工有阶梯式轴孔,所述的固定座另一侧切割面攻有两个螺纹孔,气缸固定座两件为一组,两件对称,为45°倾斜安装,表面镀铬。
其工作原理是:
新型气缸固定座通过螺纹的方式采用对称式安装在机架上,气缸通过销轴固定于两件的阶梯式轴孔里,阶梯式轴孔通过阶梯保证气缸稳定于固定座上。
其优点在于:
新型气缸固定座制作简单、成本低,采用45°安装,避免了与机架其它部位的摩擦也增加了强度,可承受大负载且由一对组成使得受力更均匀,表面镀铬耐腐、硬度大、美观,制作简单,结构合理等优点。

一种新型气缸固定座,从侧面看为倾斜45°的腰型板纵向和横向切割而成的固定座(1),其特征在于:所述的切割而成的固定座(1)上加工有阶梯式轴孔(2),所述的固定座(1)另一侧切割面攻有两个螺纹孔(3),气缸固定座(1)两件为一组,两件对称,为45°倾斜安装,表面镀铬。
新型气缸固定座(1)通过螺纹的方式采用对称式安装在机架上,气缸通过销轴固定于两件的阶梯式轴孔(2)里,阶梯式轴孔(2)通过阶梯保证气缸稳定于固定座上。

1.一种新型气缸固定座,从侧面看为倾斜45°的腰型板纵向和横向切割而成,其特征在于:所述的切割而成的固定座上加工有阶梯式轴孔,所述的固定座另一侧切割面攻有两个螺纹孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型气缸固定座,其特征在于:气缸固定座两件为一组,两件对称,为45°倾斜安装,表面镀铬。
