Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの埋め込み可能な結合セット(2)と協働することが可能である椎骨用の動的安定化要素(1)であって、各結合セットは動的安定化要素(1)を受け入れるように配置された椎骨内に固定化するための手段(3)および動的安定化要素(1)を前記固定化手段(3)上に締め付けるための手段(4)を含み、動的安定化要素(1)は長軸に沿って延びていて、弾性材料からなるケーシング(7)を備えたケーブル(6)を含むロッド(5)を備えた動的安定化要素(1)おいて、動的安定化要素(1)は、相互に間隔が置かれて、ロッド(5)を取り囲む堅固ゾーン(9)および動的安定化要素(1)の動きを制動するためのリングを含む取り付けシースを備え、前記リングは、それぞれが取り付けシースに隣接する堅固ゾーン間に置かれたケーシング(7)のラジアル突出部(12)から構成されていることを特徴とする動的安定化要素。
- 堅固ゾーン(9)は、動的安定化要素(1)と共に締め付ける手段(4)によって規定された接触ゾーン(11)の通常長さよりも短い距離だけ相互に間隔が置かれたていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動的安定化要素。
- 堅固ゾーン(9)は個々のリング(10)からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動的安定化要素。
- 前記取り付けシースは、前記ロッドの長軸とほぼ同軸の軸に沿ってロッド(5)の周りに延びている螺旋巻きを含む螺旋状ストリップからなり、前記螺旋巻きは取り付けシースの堅固ゾーンを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の動的安定化要素。
- 堅固ゾーン(9)は、取り付けシースをケーシング(7)上に取り付けるのを容易にする1または2以上の管腔(14)を含むことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかの1つに記載の動的安定化要素。
- 堅固ゾーン(9)は相互に対して等距離であることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかの1つに記載の動的安定化要素。
- 動的安定化要素(1)は、取り付けシースをロッド(5)上に保持するための手段を含み、取り付け保持手段は締め付けリングによって形成されていることを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかの1つに記載の動的安定化要素。
- 動的安定化要素(1)は、ケーブルの各端に固定化された堅固チップ(17、18)を含むことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれかの1つに記載の動的安定化要素。
- 先行請求項のいずれかの1つに記載の少なくとも1つ動的安定化要素を含む結合要素であって、動的安定化要素(1)は少なくとも1つの堅固ロッドと共に延びていることを特徴とする結合要素。
- 少なくとも2つの埋め込み可能な脊柱結合セットを含む脊柱取り付けシステムであって、両方の結合セットは少なくとも請求項の1乃至10のいずれかの1つに記載の動的安定化要素(1)によって結合されていることを特徴とする脊柱取り付けシステム。
