Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの埋め込み可能な結合セットと協働することが可能である椎骨用の動的安定化要素であって、
前記各結合セットは、前記動的安定化要素を受け入れるように配置された椎骨内に固定化するための手段及び、前記動的安定化要素を前記固定化手段上に締め付けるための手段を含み、
前記動的安定化要素は、
長軸に沿って延びていて弾性材料からなるケーシング(7)と、当該ケーシングによって取り囲まれたケーブル(6)とを含むロッド(5)と、
相互に間隔が置かれていて前記ロッドを取り囲む堅固ゾーン(9)を備えている取り付けシースと、
隣接する前記堅固ゾーンの間に存在する前記ケーシングの一部からなるラジアル突出部であって前記動的安定化要素の動きを制動するラジアル突出部(12)とを備えている
ことを特徴とする動的安定化要素。 - 堅固ゾーン(9)は、動的安定化要素(1)と共に締め付ける手段(4)によって規定された接触ゾーン(11)の通常長さよりも短い距離だけ相互に間隔が置かれたていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動的安定化要素。
- 堅固ゾーン(9)は個々のリング(10)からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動的安定化要素。
- 前記取り付けシースは、前記ロッドの長軸とほぼ同軸の軸に沿ってロッド(5)の周りに延びている螺旋巻きを含む螺旋状ストリップからなり、前記螺旋巻きは取り付けシースの堅固ゾーンを形成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動的安定化要素。
- 堅固ゾーン(9)は、取り付けシースをケーシング(7)上に取り付けるのを容易にする1または2以上の管腔(14)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかの1つに記載の動的安定化要素。
- 堅固ゾーン(9)は相互に対して等距離であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの1つに記載の動的安定化要素。
- 動的安定化要素(1)は、取り付けシースをロッド(5)上に保持するための手段を含み、当該手段は、前記隣接する前記堅固ゾーンの間に存在する前記ケーシングの一部からなるラジアル突出部であって前記動的安定化要素の動きを制動するラジアル突出部であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかの1つに記載の動的安定化要素。
- 動的安定化要素(1)は、ケーブルの各端に固定化された堅固チップ(17、18)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかの1つに記載の動的安定化要素。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかの1つに記載の少なくとも1つ動的安定化要素を含む結合要素であって、動的安定化要素(1)は少なくとも1つの堅固ロッドによって延長されていることを特徴とする結合要素。
- 少なくとも2つの埋め込み可能な脊柱結合セットを含む脊柱取り付けシステムであって、両方の結合セットは少なくとも請求項の1乃至8のいずれかの1つに記載の動的安定化要素(1)によって結合されていることを特徴とする脊柱取り付けシステム。
