Description

Claims (11)
- 2つ以上の骨ねじ(6)と、長手方向軸に沿って変化する断面(2)を有する少なくとも1つの細長連結要素(1)とを備える脊椎の動的安定化用の脊椎インプラント・セットであって、
前記断面は、骨ねじで挿入方向に延びる2つの面平行な側面と前記挿入方向において対向する後方側部及び前方側部を有し、前記断面の変化が、前記後方側部と前記前方側部との間の距離の変化により実質的に実現され、クランプ・インサート(9、10)が、前記連結要素の多様な高さを補償することが可能となるように、前記骨ねじは前記細長連結要素のための実質的に同一の座部(7)を有し、前記骨ねじ(6)の前記座部内への挿入が可能な様々な長さのクランプ・インサートを備える、脊椎インプラント・セット。 - 前記長手方向軸に沿った前記細長連結要素の前記断面の変化は、連続的であるか、又は1つ若しくは複数の段状部を伴うものである、請求項1に記載の脊椎インプラント・セット。
- 前記細長連結(1)要素は、直線状であるか、又は少なくとも1つの半径(R;R1、R2)を有する事前屈曲されたものである、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の脊椎インプラント・セット。
- 前記細長連結要素(1)の前記変化する断面は、植え込み時に少なくとも2つの骨ねじ(6)内に挿入可能となるような長さの一定断面(h1)の部分を備える、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載の脊椎インプラント・セット。
- 前記細長連結要素の前記前方側部は、丸いノーズ部分を備える、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載の脊椎インプラント・セット。
- 前記細長連結要素の前記丸いノーズ部分(3、4、5)の断面が、実質的に丸い頂部(31)を有する三角形(3)、半円形(4)、又は半楕円形(5)からなる、請求項5に記載の脊椎インプラント・セット。
- 骨ねじのねじ山の方向へと前記骨ねじ(6)の前記座部内に配置されることとなる前記前方側部は、直線又は曲線に沿って延在し、前記断面の変化は、1つ又は複数の段状部、好ましくは1つの段状部(32)により前記後方側部に沿ってのみもたらされる、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載の脊椎インプラント・セット。
- 面積が小さいほうの断面が、前記細長連結要素(1)の一方の端部に位置する、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載の脊椎インプラント・セット。
- 前記細長連結要素(1)は、プラスチック材料から作製される、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか一項に記載の脊椎インプラント・セット。
- 前記プラスチック材料は、ポリカーボネートウレタン(PCU)である、請求項9に記載の脊椎インプラント・セット。
- 前記プラスチック材料は、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)族のものである、請求項9に記載の脊椎インプラント・セット。
