Claims (5)
- ドラム軸に沿って回転する円筒状の内周面に片側の極性の直流電源が印加される回転ドラムと、回転ドラムと一定空間部をおいて無限軌道上を運行しながら反対側の極性の直流電源が印加されるキャタピラと、前記回転ドラムとキャタピラの間にスラッジの移送および脱水のために巻取られた2つの濾布ベルトと、から構成されているが、入力電源は三相交流電源とし、回転ドラムとキャタピラには互いに異なる極性を有する直流電源が印加される電源印加構造を有する三相交流電源を用いた電気泳動式電気浸透脱水器において、電源印加構造のうち直流電源は三相交流電源にゲート端子が備えられているサイリスタ電気素子とコントローラの結合構成からなる位相制御回路部を通過して可変式直流電源に変換し、前記変換された片側の極性の可変式直流電源は回転ドラムに印加されるようにして、反対側の極性の可変式直流電源は回転ドラムとキャタピラの回転経路が同一区間の脱水領域部に対応するキャタピラの区間でのみ印加される構造としてなされ、回転ドラムはステンレス板材、銅板、チタニウム板、白金系コーティング剤が順に積層された多層板材の端には、複数の締結孔を開けて形成し、前記各締結孔には電気伝導率が低い金属材質からなる複数の丸棒を挿入して溶接によって固定するようにし、各丸棒には不溶性材質からなる複数のタッピングボルトによって各板材を密着するように固定さる構造からなることを特徴とする三相交流電源を用いた位相制御型の電気泳動式電気浸透脱水器。
- 脱水領域部は、回転ドラムとキャタピラの回転経路が同一の区間の空間で電場が発生する領域とされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三相交流電源を用いた位相制御型の電気泳動式電気浸透脱水器。
- 位相制御回路部のサイリスタ電気素子は、前記サイリスタ電気素子のオン/オフ(ON/OFF)作動を制御するためのゲート端子が備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三相交流電源を用いた位相制御型の電気泳動式電気浸透脱水器。
- 位相制御回路部のコントローラは、サイリスタ電気素子のゲート端子に印加される信号電圧を調節することのできるようになることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三相交流電源を用いた位相制御型の電気泳動式電気浸透脱水器。
- 回転ドラムの円筒状に形成された内周面終端には、片側の極性の可変式直流電源と面接触する帯状の銅板が追加して付設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の三相交流電源を用いた位相制御型の電気泳動式電気浸透脱水器。
