Claims (5)
- 드럼축을 따라 회전하는 원통형상의 내주면에 한쪽 극성의 직류전원이 인가되는 회전드럼과, 위 회전드럼과 일정 공간부를 두고 무한궤도대로 운행하면서 반대쪽 극성의 직류전원이 인가되는 캐터필러 및 상기 회전드럼과 캐터필러의 사이에 슬러지의 이송 및 탈수를 위해 권취된 두개의 여과포 벨트로 구성하되, 입력전원은 삼상교류전원으로 하고 회전드럼과 캐터필러에는 서로 다른 극성을 가진 직류전원이 인가되는 전원인가구조를 가진 삼상교류전원을 이용한 전기영동식 전기침투탈수기를 구성함에 있어서, 전원인가구조 중 직류전원은 삼상교류전원에 게이트(GATE) 단자가 구비되어 있는 사이리스트 전기소자와 제어기의 결합구성으로 이루어진 위상제어회로부를 통과시켜 가변식 직류전원으로 변환하고, 상기 변환된 한쪽 극성의 가변식 직류전원은 회전드럼에 인가되게 하며, 반대쪽 극성의 가변식 직류전원은 회전드럼과 캐터필러의 회전경로가 동일한 구간의 탈수영역부에 대응되는 캐터필러의 구간에만 인가되는 구조로 되어 있고, 회전드럼은 스테인리스판재, 동판, 티타늄판, 백금계 코팅제가 차례로 적층된 다층판재의 가장자리에는 다수개의 체결공을 뚫어 형성하고 상기 각 체결공에는 전기전도율이 낮은 금속재질로 된 다수개의 환봉을 삽입시켜 용접으로 고정되게 하며, 위 각 환봉에는 불용성 재질로 된 다수개의 태핑볼트로 각 판재를 밀착되게 고정시킨 구조로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 삼상교류전원을 이용한 전기영동식 위상제어형 전기침투탈수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 탈수영역부는 회전드럼과 캐터필러의 회전경로가 동일한 구간의 사이공간에서 전기장이 발생되는 영역으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 삼상교류전원을 이용한 전기영동식 위상제어형 전기침투탈수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 위상제어회로부의 사이리스트 전기소자는 상기 사이리스트 전기소자의 온/오프(ON/OFF) 작동을 제어하기 위한 게이트(GATE) 단자가 구비되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 삼상교류전원을 이용한 전기영동식 위상제어형 전기침투탈수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 위상제어회로부의 제어기는 사이리스트 전기소자의 게이트(GATE) 단자에 인가되는 신호전압을 조절할 수 있게 됨을 특징으로 하는 삼상교류전원을 이용한 전기영동식 위상제어형 전기침투탈수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 회전드럼(100)의 원통형상으로 된 내주면 끝단에는 한쪽 극성의 가변식 직류전원과 면(面)접촉되는 띠 형상의 동판이 추가로 부설되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 삼상교류전원을 이용한 전기영동식 위상제어형 전기침투탈수기.
