Abstract
熱可塑性成形組成物であって、

Description
熱可塑性成形組成物であって、
(A)成分Aとして、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質で覆われた、核としての、少なくとも1種の酸化的に架橋された植物油から成る粒子、
(B)成分Bとして、成分Aの覆い部分の中に存在する少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質と両立し得る、少なくとも1種の更なる熱可塑性物質、
(C)成分Cとして、成分Aの覆い部分の中に存在する少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質と両立し得る、少なくとも1種の樹脂、
(D)成分Dとして、少なくとも1種の充填材、及び
(E)成分Eとして、任意に、更なる添加剤、
を含むことを特徴とする熱可塑性成形組成物を使用することによって達成される。
本発明に従う熱可塑性成形組成物は、成分Aとして、
(A)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質で覆われた、核としての、少なくとも1種の酸化的に架橋された植物油から成る粒子、
を含む。
本発明の熱可塑性成形組成物は、成分Bとして、成分Aの覆い部分の中に存在する少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質と両立し得る、少なくとも1種の更なる熱可塑性物質を含む。本発明の目的のために、「両立し得る」は、2種の熱可塑性物質の間で、両立しない反応、例えば分解、偏析、化学反応、変色現象が発生せず、又は本発明に従う熱可塑性成形組成物の機械的特性への逆効果が発生しないことを意味する。
本発明に従う熱可塑性成形組成物は、成分Cとして、成分Aの覆い部分に存在する少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質と両立し得る、少なくとも1種の樹脂を含む。
本発明の熱可塑性成形組成物は、成分Dとして、少なくとも1種の充填材を含む。この技術分野の当業者にとって公知であり、そして重合性物質に使用するのに適切である如何なる充填材も成分Dとして使用可能である。適切な充填材の例は、無機充填材、塩、例えばアルカリ金属及びアルカリ土類金属の炭酸塩、例えば炭酸カルシウム、又は二酸化チタン、二酸化ジルコニウム等の化合物、及びこれらの混合物である。
適切であれば、更なる添加剤が、成分Eとして、本発明の熱可塑性成形組成物中に存在しても良い。
(1)少なくとも1種の植物油中で、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質の溶液又は分散液を製造する工程、
(2)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質で覆われた、核としての、少なくとも1種の酸化的に架橋された植物油を含む粒子を得るために、工程(1)で得られた溶液又は分散液中の少なくとも1種の植物油を酸化する工程、及び
(3)熱可塑性成形組成物を得るために、工程(2)で得られた粒子を、成分(B)、(C)、(D)及び任意に(E)と混合する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法も提供する。
本発明の工程(2)は、核として、少なくとも1種の酸化的に架橋された植物油及び、覆い部分として、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質を有する粒子を得るために、工程(1)で得られた溶液又は分散液中の少なくとも1種の植物油を酸化することを含む。
本発明の工程(3)は、工程(2)で得られた粒子と、成分(B)、(C)、(D)及び適切であれば(E)を、成形組成物を得るために混合することを含む。

- 熱可塑性成形組成物であって、
(A)成分Aとして、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質で覆われた、核としての、少なくとも1種の酸化的に架橋された植物油から成る粒子、
(B)成分Bとして、成分Aの覆い部分の中に存在する少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質と両立し得る、少なくとも1種の更なる熱可塑性物質、
(C)成分Cとして、成分Aの覆い部分の中に存在する少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質と両立し得る、少なくとも1種の樹脂、
(D)成分Dとして、少なくとも1種の充填材、及び
(E)成分Eとして、任意に、更なる添加剤、
を含むことを特徴とする熱可塑性成形組成物。 - 更に、少なくとも1種のブロックゴム又はグラフトゴムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形組成物。
- 成分Aの覆い部分の中に存在する熱可塑性物質が、ビニル、芳香族モノマー、エチレン性不飽和モノマー、及び/又はジエンのホモ−及びコポリマーから選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の成形組成物。

- 成分Cとして使用される樹脂が、アカロイド樹脂、アンバー、アスファルタイト、ペルーバルサム、トルバルサム、ベンゾイン、カナダバルサム、中国製又は日本製ラッカー、コーパル、ダマル、ドラゴンスブラッド樹脂、エレミ、オリバナム、ガルバナム、ラプダナム、マスチック、ミルラ、ガムジュニパー、セラック、スティラックス、ユタ樹脂、ベネチアンテレビン油、コロフォニー、及びこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の成形組成物。
- 成分Cとして使用される充填材が、炭酸カルシウムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の成形組成物。
- 成分Aとして、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質で覆われた、核としての、少なくとも1種の酸化的に架橋された植物油から成る粒子、成分Bとして、成分Aの覆い部分の中に存在する少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質と両立し得る、少なくとも1種の更なる熱可塑性物質、成分Cとして、成分Aの覆い部分の中に存在する少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質と両立し得る、少なくとも1種の樹脂、成分Dとして、少なくとも1種の充填材、及成分Eとして、任意に、更なる添加剤を含む熱可塑性成形組成物を製造する方法であって、
(1)少なくとも1種の植物油中の、少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質の溶液又は分散液を製造する工程、
(2)少なくとも1種の熱可塑性物質で覆われた、核としての、少なくとも1種の酸化的に架橋された植物油を含む粒子を得るために、工程(1)で得られた溶液又は分散液中の少なくとも1種の植物油を酸化する工程、及び
(3)熱可塑性成形組成物を得るために、工程(2)で得られた粒子を、成分(B)、(C)、(D)及び任意に(E)と混合する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 酸化工程(2)が、マンガン触媒の存在下に行われることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 酸化が、115℃を超える温度で行われることを特徴とする請求項7又は8の何れかに記載の方法。
- 支持層又はファイバー及び請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の熱可塑性成形組成物を含む材料。
- 支持層が、ジュートテキスタイルであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の材料。
- 請求項10又は11に記載の材料を含むフロアカバリング、ウォールカバリング、家具物品、自動車パーツ、ハウジング又は部品。
- 請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の熱可塑性成形組成物を材料に使用する方法。
