Claims (8)
- 吸引プロセスで吸引された液体試料量が、少なくとも所望量と同程度であることを判定するための方法であって、
前記吸引プロセスを表す吸引圧力曲線の短縮された最後の部分のプロファイルを判定することと、
吸引圧力曲線の短縮された最後の部分の第1の数学的表現を算出することと、
十分な量であると分かっている試料の吸引圧力曲線の短縮された最後の部分の第2の数学的表現を算出することと、
短縮された最後の部分のプロファイルと、短縮された最後の部分の第1の数学的表現との間の差の残差の標準偏差が、限定部分のプロファイルと、第2の数学的表現との間の差の残差の標準偏差と少なくとも同程度であると判定することと、
それによって、吸引された液体試料が、少なくとも所望量と同程度であることを確証することと、
を含む方法。 - 吸引圧力曲線の前記短縮された最後の部分が、吸引終了の直前である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 吸引圧力曲線の前記短縮された最後の部分が、全吸引プロセスのおよそ20%程度である、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記第2の数学的表現が、傾きがゼロの線形数学的表現である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 吸引プロセスで吸引された液体試料が、所望量よりも少ない体積を有することを判定するための方法であって、
前記吸引プロセスを表す吸引圧力曲線の短縮された最後の部分のプロファイルを判定することと、
吸引圧力曲線の短縮された最後の部分の第1の数学的表現を算出することと、
十分な量であると分かっている試料の吸引圧力曲線の短縮された最後の部分の第2の数学的表現を算出することと、
短縮された最後の部分のプロファイルと、短縮された最後の部分の第1の数学的表現との間の差の残差の標準偏差が、限定部分のプロファイルと、第2の数学的表現との間の差の標準偏差よりも小さいと判定することと、
それによって、吸引された液体試料が、所望量よりも少ないことを結論づけることと、
を含む方法。 - 吸引圧力曲線の前記短縮された最後の部分が、吸引終了の直前である、請求項5記載の方法。
- 吸引圧力曲線の前記短縮された最後の部分が、全吸引プロセスのおよそ20%程度である、請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記第2の数学的表現が、傾きがゼロの線形数学的表現である、請求項5記載の方法。
