Claims (4)
- 吸引プロセスで吸引された液体試料量が、少なくとも所望量と同じ大きさであることを判定するための方法であって、
吸引プロセス終了直前の吸引プロセス全体の20%の部分である吸引プロセスの最後の部分より前の間に圧力測定を必要とせずに、前記吸引プロセスを表す吸引圧力曲線の前記最後の部分の間のみのプロファイルを判定することと、
前記吸引圧力曲線の前記最後の部分の第1の積分表現を算出することと、
十分な量であると分かっている試料の吸引圧力曲線の前記最後の部分の第2の積分表現を算出することと、
前記最後の部分のプロファイルと、前記最後の部分の前記第1の積分表現との間の差の残差の標準偏差が、前記最後の部分のプロファイルと、前記最後の部分の前記第2の積分表現との間の差の残差の標準偏差と少なくとも同じ大きさであると判定することと、
それによって、吸引された液体試料量が、少なくとも所望量と同じ大きさであることを確証することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の積分表現が、傾きがゼロの線形数学的表現であり、前記第2の積分表現が、傾きがゼロの線形数学的表現である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 吸引プロセスで吸引された液体試料が、所望量よりも少ない体積を有することを判定するための方法であって、
吸引プロセス終了直前の吸引プロセス全体の20%の部分である吸引プロセスの最後の部分より前の間に圧力測定を必要とせずに、前記吸引プロセスを表す吸引圧力曲線の前記最後の部分の間のみのプロファイルを判定することと、
前記吸引圧力曲線の前記最後の部分の第1の積分表現を算出することと、
十分な量であると分かっている試料の吸引圧力曲線の前記最後の部分の第2の積分表現を算出することと、
前記最後の部分のプロファイルと、前記最後の部分の前記第1の積分表現との間の差の残差の標準偏差が、前記最後の部分のプロファイルと、前記第2の積分表現との間の差の標準偏差よりも小さいと判定することと、
それによって、吸引された液体試料が、所望量よりも少ないことを結論づけることと、
を含む方法。 - 前記第1の積分表現が、傾きがゼロの線形数学的表現であり、前記第2の積分表現が、傾きがゼロの線形数学的表現である、請求項3記載の方法。
