Abstract
【解決手段】この太陽電池モジュール10は、金属板と、該金属板上に封止材を介して固着された太陽電池セル40と、該太陽電池セルを覆う表面保護フィルムとを備えている。太陽電池セル40の外側部分10aに切断加工が施されており、その切断端面が非溶剤系の樹脂材料Pによって被覆されている。太陽電池モジュール10は矩形状をなし、その角部がL字状に切り欠かれ、該切欠き部21によって形成された突出片部22が曲げ加工されて箱形状をなしている。

Description
太陽電池セル40が配置されていない太陽電池モジュール10の周囲(外側)部分には、金属板20と、封止材30,31と、保護フィルム50とが接合された外側部分10aが形成されている。
図3に示した製造工程により、太陽電池モジュールを製造した。
実施例1において、太陽電池モジュール10の切欠き部21の切断端面に樹脂を塗布しないで、切断端面が露出したままとした。
実施例1において、非溶剤系樹脂の代わりに、シリコーン-アクリル系樹脂からなる溶剤系樹脂を、塗装用ハケによって塗布し、上記切断端面を樹脂膜で被覆した。

Claims (4)
- 金属板と、絶縁性の封止材で覆われた太陽電池セルと、表面保護フィルムとを備え、前記太陽電池セルが前記封止材を介して、前記金属板と前記表面保護フィルムとに挟まれて封止されてなる太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記太陽電池セルの外側部分であって、前記金属板を含む箇所の少なくとも一部が切断加工されており、その切断端面が非溶剤系の樹脂材料によって被覆されていることを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記切断端面が、シリコーン系樹脂、エポキシ系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂及びアクリル系樹脂から選ばれた非溶剤系の樹脂材料によって被覆されている請求項1記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記金属板が、表面処理を施された鋼板である請求項1又は2記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池モジュールの切断加工前の形状が矩形状をなし、その角部がL字状に切り欠かれ、該切欠き部によって形成された突出片部が曲げ加工されて箱形状をなしている請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の太陽電池モジュール。
