Abstract
【解決手段】非導電性被塗物20の被塗面21に弱導電性を付与し、フリーイオンをフリーイオン除去電極で捕獲抑制、帯電させた塗料だけを被塗面21に塗布する。

Description
・導電材又は導電剤の混入による素材への導電性付与。
・導電プライマーなどの導電膜の塗布による被塗面への導電性付与。
・界面活性剤の塗布などの帯電防止処理による被塗面への一時的な弱導電性付与。
・被塗面の接地及び導電性塗料の使用による被塗面への弱導電性付与。
以下、本発明の第1の実施形態を図面を参照して説明する。なお、以下の説明における上下は、図1中の上下方向に対応し、前後は、図1中の左右に対応する。

Claims (6)
- 弱導電性を有する被塗面の静電塗装方法であって、
マイナスに帯電した塗料を、フリーイオンを抑制した状態で前記被塗面に塗布する
ことを特徴とする静電塗装方法。 - 請求項1に記載の静電塗装方法であって、
放電極からのコロナ放電によって塗料をマイナスに帯電させるとともに、前記コロナ放電によって発生したフリーイオンを、前記放電極の近傍に配置されたフリーイオン除去電極によって低減又は除去する
ことを特徴とする静電塗装方法。 - 請求項1に記載の静電塗装方法であって、
前記塗料は導電性塗料であり、
高電圧電極から高電圧を直接印加して導電性塗料をマイナスに帯電させることによって、フリーイオンの発生を抑制する
ことを特徴とする静電塗装方法。 - 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載の静電塗装方法であって、
非導電性被塗物の被塗面の帯電防止処理、又は当該被塗物の接地及び導電性塗料の使用の少なくとも一方によって、当該被塗面に弱導電性を付与する
ことを特徴とする静電塗装方法。 - 請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載の静電塗装方法であって、
非導電性被塗物の被塗面に帯電防止液をワイプ塗布する帯電防止処理によって、当該被塗面に弱導電性を付与する
ことを特徴とする静電塗装方法。 - 導電性塗料が流通する塗料供給路と、
前記塗料供給路に設けられ、該塗料供給路を流通する導電性塗料に高電圧を直接印加して導電性塗料をマイナスに帯電させる高電圧電極と、
前記塗料供給路の先端に設けられ、マイナスに帯電した導電性塗料を外部へ吐出する吐出口と、を備えた
ことを特徴とする静電塗装用ガン。
