Abstract
【解決手段】エネルギーを組織に導くためのエネルギー照射装置100は、内側導体、外側導体およびその間に配置された誘電体を有する給電路110と、給電路に動作可能に接続された放射部分105,140を有するアンテナアセンブリ12とを備える。また、エネルギー照射装置は、エネルギー照射装置にエネルギーが供給されていてエネルギー照射装置が組織内に配置されている場合に、エネルギーを放射部分に実質的に限定するように構成された第1のバラン構造108と、エネルギー照射装置にエネルギーが供給されているがエネルギー照射装置が組織内に配置されていない場合に、放射部分から放出されるエネルギーが給電路に沿って第2のバラン構造129の近位に伝播することを実質的に防止するように構成された第2のバラン構造とを備える。

Claims (14)
- エネルギーを組織に導くためのエネルギー照射装置であって、
内側導体、前記内側導体の周りに同軸に配置された外側導体およびその間に配置された誘電体を有する給電路と、
前記給電路に動作可能に接続された放射部分を有するアンテナアセンブリと、
前記エネルギー照射装置にエネルギーが供給されていて前記エネルギー照射装置が組織内に配置されている場合に、エネルギーを前記放射部分に実質的に限定するように構成された第1のバラン構造と、
前記エネルギー照射装置にエネルギーが供給されているが前記エネルギー照射装置が組織内に配置されていない場合に、前記放射部分から放出されるエネルギーが前記給電路に沿って前記第2のバラン構造の近位に伝播することを実質的に防止するように構成された第2のバラン構造と、
を備えるエネルギー照射装置。 - 前記エネルギー照射装置が、前記放射部分を1つまたは複数の空間に分割する1つまたは複数の導電性ディスクを備える、請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記エネルギー照射装置が、第1の導電性ディスクと、前記第1の導電性ディスクの近位に配置された第2の導電性ディスクとを備える、請求項2にエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記第2のバラン構造が、前記第2の導電性ディスクから空気中で約1/2波長に配置されている、請求項3に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記第2の導電性ディスクから空気中で約1波長に配置された第3のバラン構造をさらに備える、請求項4に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記第2のバラン構造が、重なり合う構成の複数のスリーブバランを備える、請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記第1のバラン構造が、重なり合う構成の複数のスリーブバランを備える、請求項6に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記エネルギー照射装置が、指向性放射パターンと共に動作するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 遠位に配置された共振構造と共に誘電体が装荷された同軸開口部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記第2のバラン構造が、遠位に配置された共振構造と共に前記誘電体が装荷された同軸開口部の近位に配置されている、請求項9に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記給電線の前記内側導体の一部が、前記給電線の遠位端において、前記外側導体および前記誘電体を越えて延在している、請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記第1のバラン構造が1/4波長のスリーブバランである、請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 前記第2のバラン構造が、重なり合う構成の複数のスリーブバランを備える、請求項12に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
- 組織を貫通するように構成された先端を有するテーパー部分をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のエネルギー照射装置。
